Had to do a screening here, Deidre was nice and respectful! I think she was the only one working at the time. Heads up they only do walk in screenings at certain hours!

If I could give this location less stars I would. I had an appointment for doctor-ordered blood work at 11:15. I got there early as requested. As I approached the desk, two very grumpy ladies were there. There tones were rude and frustrated. One said “blood or urine”. That’s it! No welcome greeting just blood or urine. I already felt like just a number. The woman behind the desk told me she had one lady in the room, then I would be next. I took a seat in the waiting area, towards the back, but not all the way back. I waited several minutes. Several other patients were walk-ins. I noticed each one being treated like they were criminals. Absolutely no patient care being practiced here. By almost noon, all the walk-ins had been seen. I decided to check on the ETA and approached the two ladies again. They acted like they had never seen me in their life. I told them I checked in earlier. One of them instructed me to come on back. The other one was waiting for me in the room. She did not apologize. She blamed me for sitting in the back of the waiting room and that they didn’t know I was there. I asked how that could be? Why would I be blamed for wrongfully sitting in the back of a VERY small waiting room. Is the staff really that oblivious to their surroundings? What about the fact I had already checked in, I asked her. She stumbled on her words and said it was because my paperwork hadn’t processed, which was not true. I explained that I was told I would be next 30 minutes prior. She kept raising her voice at me and was saying look I said I was sorry, we forgot about you. You should have sat where we could see you. She was holding my arm for the blood work and started twisting my arm in ways that it wouldn’t bend and was telling me to keep turning it. She shoved the needle in without notice, pushed up hard causing a tremendous amount of pain. She mistreated me because I was questioning why they had forgotten me. I remained calm until she started hurting me. After she got the blood, she never gave me instructions except to push the cotton ball on the wound. I asked how long results would take. She said “we don’t know, we just take you blood” and walked away. That woman does not belong working with patients. As I was leaving the other woman who checked me in seemed more remorseful and told me a couple of days. I can’t recommend this place any less. Stay away. I’m traumatized.

This location is great! No appointment needed, in and out very quickly. The nurse who drew my blood was very patient and kind.Had tried going to Lakeway multiple times before this and it was a bust - so glad I found this location.

It is completely unacceptable to have the times on your website say 830 to 1130 and 1230 to 430 and I come in at 3:30 and they told me they are no longer excepting drug test for the day. And there is only one person waiting..also, when you call there’s no way to talk to a live person. I would not leave this review if their website correlated with the times she stated.

Highly recommend this location. Went in for the employee drug test a week ago and Deidre is very efficient and kind. For those who need directions- Labcorp is in Building C, where it says "Medical Office" building at the front. Find an elevator and go to floor 3. It depends on which elevator you chose so look around for Room 325.

If you need blood work done at a Lab Corp, GO TO THIS LOCATION!! If you’re lucky, sweet Deidre will be there. She is the only worker in there, and she is extremely efficient at her job. I had a nearly painless stick, and was done within 2 minutes. She is absolutely amazing!
