The store had no AC on a very humid, warm spring day causing the whole store to smell bad and uncomfortable to shop in. As usual there were not enough cashiers and lines were too long and the people grouchy and stressed out. You can never find anyone to tell you where things are, the art supply section is particularly badly labeled and disorganized, sale signs next to items that aren't on sale, items that are art related in other parts of the store. Badly trained cashiers took forever to ring people up and there is no express line like any other store. I'm never going back and will tell all my students to never shop there. Used to be a good store but has gone straight down hill with the rest of Cedar Park. Overcrowded, understaffed and stressful shopping experience.
