The best customer service I've ever seen! I came there overwhelmed by all those unexpected extra little things I had to do, and the associate there went extra mile and took care of most them. Pretty amazing, it made my day!

I want to say the manager that help me locate my package was awesome. He took the time and look at all the information and thought it was weird that my package was getting reschedule for no reason and that I redirected it to his store and the tracking kept saying it went back to the hub and to be delivery next day again. He call his customer service line and was able to help locate my package and get me going.

I later found out from www.export.gov the total import duties and fees was less than $5 for this $30 gift to an elderly mother. The contracting company FedEx uses in South America, Scharff Bolivia SLR literally stole over a hundred dollars by over charging for their involvement with the delivery. This contracting company FedEx uses Scharff Bolivia SLR even had me create and send them an updated shipping invoice with the correct content value but did not reduce their absurd rip off handling and storage fees. I engaged FedEx's International Customer Advocate Office, spent many hours on the phone with them numerous times and even spoke to their FedEx Manager who agreed the rate I was being charged was unfairly very high but did not help me get this resolved. FedEx is responsible for who they contract with to do deliveries and should exercise more control. I found out later this is a common occurrence with the contract companies international shipping companies use. FedEx does this to their customers because they can. FedEx should be fair and take responsibility for unethical companies they contract with to do their deliveries.

This is the fourth or fifth time I redirected my monthly wine subscription to this location. It requires a signature so if I'm not going to be home at the scheduled delivery time I re route it to Thai location. It's inside the Wal Mart. It's always a smooth process and the lady (possible manager) and I always have a brief wine chat and she is always so helpful making sure my wines are secure. She goes the extra mile and double tapes the bottom of the box so I don't drop any of my precious wines. She's very friendly and efficient.

I just wanted to say I had a very good experience with an employee named Karen! I'd never shipped something out through FedEx and she made it all so easy and with such a friendly face! Being a bit newer to sending out packages by myself aside from USPS, she didn't make me feel stupid at all and got my package out very quickly. I was in and out in just a few minutes!
