I've been buying my tires from Discount Tire for many years and have been happy with their service. This time not as happy. I got there with a screw in my tire and it was leaking, ended up waiting over two hours to have it repaired because internet appointments kept going before me, even though I was there. Evidently walk in traffic does not take priority over internet appointments.

I've always had a good experience here at Discount Tire of Cedar Park. I've even gone to other DT locations but nothing compares to the Cedar Park location. We have taken multiple vehicles here for I believe 20+ years. Best of the best IMO! TY everyone high fives all around

Daniel was absolutely wonderful!!! He saw that we were in a bit of stressful situation, he took time to personally take care of me and my son so I could get him to work on time.

Always great to work with, decent pricing, and they get the job done in a timely fashion. We had a little hiccup today with some tires and they jumped right on it, took care of us and made it right very quickly. Truly appreciate these folks

Discount tires is the chick fil a of tire stores. Service is always great, I've had multiple tire changes and they never oversold me on anything, just the facts.
I had a small nail in my tire and they patched it for FREE! This review is my how I'm trying to pay back the karma of such a great business.

This location is going steadily downhill. The work is still decent but the management of customers is far from former times. I came for a slow leak in a tire less than 6 months old, with discount tire insurance plan.
It was unscheduled and the 3 hour wait was acceptable. But, I was told it would be done by 4pm. Starting at 5pm , I checked with the desk 3 times. By nearly 6pm they told m that my car had been done likely hours ago. Somehow, the keys and service were under others and they didn’t see it. I’d seen tens of other people come and go on scheduled and unscheduled service during my time sitting there. I’m not the only one either and I saw several others complain loudly. I didn’t do that but did expect to provide this review today. #Disappointed long-term multi-car customer.

I had a nail stuck in my tire and needed it fixed. The employees here were prompt and friendly despite being busy. They fixed it in 30 minutes. Great messaging system to keep customers updated on status of repair. Overall a well run establishment.

Went in for what I thought was just an air check. I knew one tire was low. I was told one tire was too low to inflate? Ohh Really? I would need to go inside to have it looked at. I was told my 4 year old tires were getting close to being replaced. Then I was shamed at their register for not excepting there tire warranty charge four years ago. It wasn’t good enough to explain their policy he had to pull up my receipt from four years ago that I declined it. Almost like a dog owner showing a pup the poop he made on the carpet. Keep in mind I never said much that required to be shamed. Then I was told if they can’t repair if I had a spare? What! Obviously I need to buy a new tire. If you buy one you might as well get the others right? A simple tire check can turn into 1000 dollars in new tires. I said no thanks. I went down the road and simply aired up my tire and saved 1000 dollars. I usually have a good experience at discount tire but not this location again.

I came here on a Saturday for a consultation appointment, no obligation to buy, just a chat. The staff was super helpful and actually reccomended cheaper tires with a better warranty than the top of the line, which was super honest of them.
I decided to go ahead and buy, they told me they would have it done within an hour. They were pretty busy, but to my shock I was driving home in only 20 minutes. These guys are awesome!

I came in to get a replacement tire for my stock trailer i was only person in line the person behind the counter said be right with you he keot entering stuff into computer then phone rang he answered then he talked with them then hung up another phone call came in answered it while I'm waiting after that i decided they weren't interested in my business will not be back

I came here from a terrible experience in the Leander store.
The manager her understood the problem called the other store and gave me a good deal on my tires. I have been a customer of discount tire for 20+ years. Multiple cars, but seems like as of late service is not their focus. Seems like they want to sell you tires altough the manager assured me they do not get any money by selling tires.
During my appointment I was informed of the status of my car and was very timely. However I saw a couple of customers not been helped appropriately, and I will encourage the store to be more aware of the customers when they show up.
For me the experience was night and day from the Leander store, and I may even have to drive longer for a better service.
