My son has been attending Cadence Academy Preschool since January 2023 and I can't tell you how grateful I am to have found this school. In the year he's attended, he's made so many new friends and has learned so much. Ms. Danette and Ms. Kylee have done a great job running the school. Additionally, I can't speak highly enough about Ms. Hanan, Ms. Angela, Ms. Yasmine, and Ms. Anna. All of these ladies have become like extended family.

I knew putting my first born in daycare would be hard, but (some) of the management and staff here made it 10x worse. We toured Cadence when I was pregnant and liked the small daycare feel, while offering the infrastructure and resources of a known brand. Between the tour and our actual enrollment, the director left and there was turnover of 11+ staff members (per the TX official daycare site). This change resulted in teachers that looked miserable when I dropped off my happy and super healthy 15 month old. By day 2 they were saying he had a hard time adjusting. Excuse me? It was day 2 and there was another new toddler screaming bloody murder all of day 1. I continued to receive snarky comments from his main teacher and even the front desk person. Like I said, I expected the transition to be difficult, but I never expected such a lack of empathy from the staff. Many of them shouldn’t be working with the children - it was clear they don’t enjoy it one bit. The advertised food menu is also completely different from what they served while we were there — basically all frozen meals. When be didn’t eat, they didn’t notify us until the end of the day and tried to put him down on an empty stomach. Thankfully, we have another childcare option and we decided to pull our son out after just a few days. We still had to pay for 2 weeks that he did not attend, but now our happy and bouncy toddler is back to normal. As a side note, while he only attended for a couple of days, he was sick for 2 weeks afterwards — I believe this is “normal” for daycare, but a good FYI for new parents out there.

I am routinely blown away by the level of individual care provided by the teachers and support staff. My grandson's teachers are very communicative and supportive. There is an overall feeling of genuine care and attention for each individual student. I'm glad my grandson gets to spend is weekdays at Cadence.

Strange business indeed. Both of my children went here and for a while we loved it. Then there was a ton of staff churn, and we found out the lady who ran this location was going through some personal and tough life changes. Really felt horrible for her. Then there were issues which we couldn't ignore. There was a leak in the roof and AC issues as well. When I didn't get a response, I used the internet to try and find the Regional Director. Good luck! They no longer have a linkedin tag for this company! I found the CEO and leadership emails and complained via email, as well as a leader in houston who turned out to be the Regional Director. Rather than contact me back, the RD called my company to complain that I was HACKING them. I work for an IT Security company. She goes on to say her son will never do business with us. What a joke. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! I had to get on calls with HR! Google / Linkedin are not "hacking tools"!

Beautiful and safe school!!!! Very clean.... all the teachers are very nice. My baby Mia's first time in school. Of coarse she was a cry baby leaving mommy early mornings. Mia's teacher was always so comforting, making sure Mia was adjusting very well.Again most import director Lisa and teacher make sure the kids are safe in a nice clean work area. Thank you for everything ❤️Schools app makes parents day go by easy providing hour by hour activity list also with pictures. Top notch

We’ve been at Cadence for 3+ years, even choosing to stay after moving 45 minutes away - the staff and teachers are just that wonderful. Our daughter has thrived in every way with their program. Communication, curriculum, and facilities are all very good. We are thankful to have them!

We love our family at Cadence Academy. We've had our kids there for 5 years and have been so happy with the director and teachers as they truly care for the kids. And there is such a kindredness with the other parents that we feel they are safe and cared for and that we'll always have a network to rely on.I especially want to call attention to the Pre-K program run by Dannette. She goes above and beyond to prepare these kids. It's interactive and fun; covers academic, social, and emotional development; and is always filled with love. We are so blessed for our son to have her. She is simply amazing.

My children, age 7 & 4, attended summer camp in 2021, and then we returned for 2022. They both have enjoyed their time at Cadence Academy very much! The teachers are thoughtful, kind, and nurturing. The staff is very helpful. Lisa, the Director, is very attentive and Helpful whenever I have any questions. I highly recommend the school.

Update. We are still at cadence and love it. My daughter is in the pre-k class and is learning so much. She can't wait to go to school every day. Still recommend this school after 3.5 years.

We LOVE Cadence Academy and all the wonderful teachers/staff there. We have been here 3 years and they love our kids as much as we do. This year my daughter has come home counting to 10 in Spanish and this blew us away!I whole heartedly recommend Cadence Academy!

My son loves going to class with Mis. Zizo. All the teachers and staff are kind and caring. They give us frequent updates throughout the day so you always know your child is safe and having fun.

I thought I would never find a School that will promise you peace of mind but MOST IMPORTANTLY, GIVE IT TO YOU, as a mom All you want is the best for your children, and CADENCE ACADEMY IS THE BEST. Teachers are so patient and Loving. I dont worry about my Child at all because I know he is in great hands. I cant thank Ms. Lisa and Ms. Crystal enough they are wonderfull. There's no way to show how thankfull and Happy I am to have my Child here.This is the place that will give your kids a nurturing environment, they give what they promise, PEACE OF MIND.

We LOVE Cadence Academy!! We drive a long ways just to bring our daughter there as the school provides exceptional services and care. The teachers are so kind and genuinely care about the success of the kids. The facility is big and very clean. They are strict about cleanliness to protect the little ones. Our daughter started there at 3 months old and we are so happy we chose Cadence over the others that we interviewed. They have the curriculum posted outside the classroom doors so we know exactly what they are working on. Their app is user friendly and they do an excellent job taking pictures and posting them so we can see the progress throughout the day. They are very responsive, which we greatly appreciate. We HIGHLY recommend Cadence!!

We are new to Cadence Academy and we absolutely love it! My son looks forward to going everyday, and he seems to really be learning a lot of independence. The other thing my husband and I love is how responsive and informative all the teachers are. We never have to ask how his day was, they offer the information at pickup, as well as through the KidReport app. Thanks for letting me have the assurance that my son is in loving and capable hands.

I have been bringing my son here since he was 3 months old and I honestly could not imagine a better place for him. He had previously started at a different daycare when he was 7 weeks old, and I had a gut feeling that he shouldn’t be there. After a friend of mine referred Cadence Academy to me, I went and toured the school and enrolled my son before I even walked out the doors. I instantly felt like we were at our home away from home the second I walked in and met the infant teachers, and I just knew it was the right move. The atmosphere was so calming and you could tell that teachers were so kind and happy to be there. My son is now about to be 3, and it’s just gotten better and better as he’s moved up classrooms. The teachers are wonderful, and Lisa, the director, takes time to listen to you and talk to you whenever you need it. I could not have found a more perfect place for our family!
