Absolutely the worst banking experience ever. BBVA selling to PNC is an absolute disaster. This particular branch is incredibly unprofessional and could care less about customers. I’ve been treated like an inconvenience for trying to open an additional account.

This is not a review for the local branch, but a review for PNC Commercial Loans. Since PNC Bank took over my loan from BBVA, I have not received statements in a timely manner. I received the statement for the payment due tomorrow today! Last month it was received on the day it was due. The postmarks are dated just 5-6 days prior to me recieving them. I was charged a late fee on my current statement for last month (since has been waived). According to them it is not possible to move up the window in which my statements are printed. The recommendation was to write out my own "statement" on a piece of paper and mail it to them before I receive the statement so they get it prior to being late!

Bad customer treatment by Branch ManagerI had a scheduled appointment and I was there on-time. We have to wait on our own for about 20+ minutes. Branch Manager Lindsey finally asked us to see her, she did not even apologize for keeping us waiting for 20 minutes.On top of that, she did demonstrated utmost arrogance for the questions we had in regards to a loan. After talking to her for 2 minutes, I could figure out she has zero interest in providing the information. In between our appointment, she went out and chatting with someone else. Figuring out whats going on, I greeted her a Thank You and left the branch.I can clearly see Lindsey has zero passion to work. Will never schedule an appointment in this branch nor visit this branch for any banking services. Will take my business to a different bank who care for their customers.Thank you.

Nice person great me from the teller line and tried to help me. She tells me i need to see a banker but the wait would be no less than one hour. I tried taking care of it online not and option, also over the phone and all it was advised i need to go the branch. The don't have enough personal for it to be handled that way in a timely manner as such they should have other options.

This is not a review about the Cedar Park location - their staff is great and is working under very tough conditions. PNC is the most horrible bank I have ever experienced!!!! The transfer when they bought out BBVA was the worst! They mixed up our accounts, and we can't even figure out where some of our money went. Makes me not trust banks!

In the branch 1hr40min to make a wire transfer. Manager told me to move from the chair I was sitting in because she said someone was coming soon to use the chair. No one ever came. She was just lying to control me. Then she saw a friend that she knew and took care of her first even though we arrived first. Bad experience.

Do not ever use the mobile app for transfers. The branch will not help because they are happy to just say the transfer wasn’t through them and the receiving bank has issues receiving the money. In the end no one takes responsibility. Very poorly set up service on the app. The phone number to resolve the issue is even bigger mess.

I always pick the worst banks ? Only reason i opened an account with BBVA was so i could deposit cash via the ATM & this location never lets me do that what a waste of time going to trying each time .... won’t be back

This place has the friendliest, most helpful employees at any bank I've ever been to. On two separate occasions they went out of their way to assist me beyond what I asked or expected. The last time being an issue with mobile deposit. Letting me know it was kicked back due to the issuer of the check. Thank you for caring about your customers and trying to make the experience better.

This is the most unprofessional location in the Compass network and acts as such since Wells Fargo had their reign! Went into this branch for the very first time and got treated poorly. First, I contacted the branch to schedule a sit down with the branch manager for the afternoon and came in to be told to wait longer. The only polite banking representative in the whole establishment asks if I was waiting on the branch manager and I indicated that I had called earlier to schedule a brief meeting and was told to come in at 3:30 pm. She advised that it would be best to come back later due to the branch manager conducting a conference call. The banking rep also informed me that it would be at least another hour before I could get the opportunity for a discussion. I was highly agitated at this point since I had to sacrifice work to straighten out this bank mess. I expected to get treated with superior service and was given the polar opposite!!! I replied to the banking rep by saying “ Is there any chance anyone else could assist ?†The same banking lady told me “unfortunately only the branch manager has the ability to assist with overdraft issues†I said that really puts you all in a rough spot. I told her that a rep by the name of Bethany spoke with me over the phone and seemed polite enough. She said ok let’s see if she can help you out and walked me over to her desk. At this point I was beyond the level of frustration and had completely reached my boiling point but still tried to keep my cool. As I was conversing with the banker Bethany across from her desk, a random customer/member approached me erratically and exclaimed, “are you from NEEEW YOOORK??†I said “no†and then she poked me in my arm near my left shoulder and said “you need to calm down†FIRST OFF WOW!! Why are you touching me and violating my personal space, totally unwarranted and unnecessary to do to me. I told her to keep her hands to herself and not to ever touch me again. She just sneered and laughed at me like a buffoon and the banking rep Bethany along with her branch manager Lindsay (if I spelled the name wrong I really don’t care at this point) began to tell me that they would only help out with a portion of what I initially requested and began telling me that’s all they were willing to do and treated me with the upmost disrespect to say the least. I decided that was not up to par and told them that I was in awe that they would be so inconsiderate to not only my time but my personal space, by allowing that individual to nearly grope me UGHHH I feel extremely disturbed that I had an interaction which such a weird person. To top it off the weirdo borderline-predator sat down comfortably in Lindsay’s (branch manager) office. I was like now that’s what’s really happening right now and I was told an hour !!! As a result, I’m done with Compass Bank as a whole and will dedicate my entire time off tomorrow locating the district manager of this specific location to fill them in on the wonderful experience I had....

I've been a customer of Compass bank for around 10 years. I've been coming to this branch since they opened. Monica has been there since they opened, and she is awesome! Always goes above and beyond!

Very poor experience working with Compass Bank in general. Multiple calls and branch visits and concerns weren’t ever addressed.
