I was having battery issues this morning so got a couple jumps & made it to this autozone. My battery was old and needed replacing. James B helped me and was very kind, funny and quick! Thank you for changing out my battery! Super great experience there. Thanks so much!

Had a bad experience here yesterday. Younger guy greeted me and was super nice but said he needed his supervisor to process a return I was making. When the supervisor came, he told me they don’t take returns on tools. Which I’ve done plenty of times before. He then looked at the wrench I was returning and accused me of trying to return it used. I had only bought it as a backup because I wasn’t sure if the set I ordered online was going to be in on time, but I ended up getting that set early, so I had no need for this one. Which I had bought literally the previous day. He still processed the refund which I appreciate, but the attitude and accusation was completely unwarranted. I understand dealing with difficult customers, I’ve been in retail/customer service for almost 10 years myself. But that was just ridiculous. Also out of curiosity, I read through the whole return policy for autozone and no where does it say they don’t take tools back. So this store must be going against their own corporate policy if that’s what they’re enforcing. I’m not sure how the guy I dealt with was a supervisor after my experience with him. Maybe you guys should promote the young guy I spoke with first, he was much nicer.

I was pleased that they had the battery and oil I needed. When we walked in, we were acknowledged and directed to where we needed to be. There's a huge wall of motor oil! I found an employee willing to indulge in a search for a compass for my dash. I knew it was an item carried mammy years ago, but he liked and checked to see if they had it in stock. No luck, but I appreciate the effort.

Probably the laziest crew I’ve ever experienced at auto zone, I went for a headlight and was greeted with an attitude from both female cashiers First Lady took me to the headlight area and walked off while I was still talking, then the other cashier told me that their location doesn’t install headlights, when I witnessed someone getting theirs changed the day before. I returned my headlight and left I’m Never coming here again I’ll spend my money somewhere else.
