One word, Ms. KaSundra. From the moment I walked into the office, she made the daunting task of finding an apartment a breeze. She has a heart for people and that shows in how she interacts throughout the whole process. She is super accommodating, patient, thorough, and kind. Her communication skills are superb and that is important for a successful relationship for management and residents. I’m excited to start this journey with this apartment community. Kasundra is the most knowledgeable person, she goes above and beyond her job duties. She helped me throughout my application process & this is the place I’ll rather be with customer service like hers. Her office is so peaceful and clean. She’s straightforward and gave me all the information I needed. I walked in stressed & left out feeling great. I really hope KaSundra stay at Wilson Crossing she’s truly a God sent. She helped others & they walked in as well I don’t know how she does it honestly. Kasundra thank you from the bottom of my heart. Happy birthday too

I've only moved in this past Saturday but I must say Kasundra has been so helpful and patient throughout this process! She is very informative and so passionate about her job! My unit is just ok, not nearly as nice as the photos but my neighbors have been warm and welcoming which I value more so here's to the year ahead ?

We moved to Wilson Crossing almost 6 months ago and have loved every minute of it. The maintenance staff is excellent and efficient and the property is always clean. It has felt like home from the moment we moved here. The amenities are great and the neighborhood is safe. I have never had a problem that wasn't addressed promptly and respectfully.

KaSundra is very knowledgeable about the property and processes. As she showed me around I could see that she cares about taking care of the place. India and KaSundra made me feel welcome before I even moved in, they are both gems! And a few days after I moved in, the office provided donuts for any resident who wanted to stop by for one - Thank you!The apartment is quite nice with all the amenities I had wanted. If you are apartment hunting in the area be sure to stop here, you will want to stay!

My father passed away during his lease and an assistant property manager refused to extend us time to get his things out of the apartment. I reached out to LUMA residential’s regional manager and she agreed to give us an extension. I am very thankful to be assisted as we are grieving the loss of our loved one and thank you for stepping in to remedy the situation.
