My husband and I were in search of a new home insurance policy and a neighbor suggested that we go to Tim Gibbs agency. We were met by an agent by the name of Ian DeGruchy. From the beginning Ian was very professional and very personable. We had a lot of questions and Ian did not mind answering them and guiding us through the process. We ended up bundling our Home and Auto insurance and saved money by doing this. Ian did not mind explaining each section of our policy and exactly what all was covered. He was very patient and took time to make sure that we understood what was included in the coverage. Ian made us feel like he was there specifically to help us and not just to seal a deal. After that day we had an issue and I called Ian and he made sure that we were taken care of and went above and beyond to help us get our situation resolved! We will be calling him again this week to add another vehicle to our policy and I have No Doubt that it will go smoothly! I have had a life policy with State Farm for over three years for my little girl. At the unfortunate and very unexpected loss of my late husband and her Father who had no coverage, I started search for a policy for her as she was a infant. Tony Thomas was very gracious and helped me through the process. I take peace in knowing my girl is covered and will continue to be. I know if I ever have a need I can call and the office will take good care of me.
