I really wanna thank Lauren for being such an amazing person and helping me, and making my experience a wonderful one. They were super busy, and she helped me with a pick up order even with my indecisiveness on a sizing. She has amazing customer service and she is a sweetheart!!!

James Avery Cedar Hill is my favorite place to shop! They always have everything I need and the customer service is always outstanding. Even on the busiest days! Definitely recommend this store!

There is about 20 people waiting to pick up jewelry and the line to get your stuff is ridiculous and needs to have a better system. If you’re at a jewelry store and they tell you it’s going to be a while the process needs to be evaluated.

Customer service needs improvement been to this location twice and experience has NOT been the best both times. Came in wasn’t greeted waited about 5 mins on the front counter until someone actually asked if I needed help.

I arrived shortly after the store opened to exchange a birthday gift for a larger size. Bettina immediately offered to assist in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner. She sized my fingers and provided several options. The entire experience took less than 10 minutes. I appreciate the level of service received as this was my first time visiting a James Avery store. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was welcoming and there was no time wasted. I absolutely love my gift!

I’ve personally went twice and every time I go it’s as if they’re giving you something for free. The customer service is horrible! My husband has visited that store to purchase gifts for me and expressed his concerns about the customer service after going with him to make an exchange. The first time I visited the associate didn’t even have a name tag. But this time it so happened that she helped us again I was hoping that it wouldn’t be her. This time she had a name tag and it was Star. I will go to the Waxahachie location from now on. It seems to be a trend based on the most recent reviews.

So I finally decided to get me a bracelet with James Avery , went to this location but there customer service was just not the best , the young lady that work there was treating me like if I was going to get the bracelet and charm for free , so I decided to cancel my purchase!
