I knew Brett from when we were in High School. I hadn’t seen him in about 18 years. I recently dropped by his office just to catch up and he is just as smart and polite as I remember.

I would like to say that Jennifer Archivaldo went out of her way to provide her assistance by returning my call. She help me to try to get what I needed. I did not qualify for a better rate, but she did mention that I can try again in 6 months.

Brett has recently on boarded new trained staff! They are amazing and very knowledgeable at what their doing. I love how coverages are explained, they just don’t rush you off the phone. His agency is the place to go! I have my home, and autos insured at his agency.Thank you so much Brett, and staff! You guys are Amazing!!!

I was assigned to Brett Oliver since my previous awesome Farmers agent, Mark Claxton left them. Brett Oliver and his office NEVER returns calls. I'm still waiting to cancel a couple cars for the past 5 days!!! I have emailed them as well. The phone number on his website takes you to another farmers representative somewhere else who can't even help me. Then they say to call Brett Oliver at the same number on his website! I requested a new agent right away. Terrible of Farmers to not check on their agents and look at his business and reviews. I'm looking at new insurance company now because if I can't get a simple change made, can't imagine the headache if I have to put a claim through!

I have had the worst experience ever associated with this particular agent location called three days in row .I left voicemails to return my call no response .I called at different times of day to get some service nothing no answer just immediately sent out to the 1800 system....After a little research and etc I believe a main contributing factor to their inability to answer phones and give good service to deserving customers are....1. The fact nationwide farmers is funneling extra customers from closing office like happened when my old agent office closed and that is overwhelming the available staff to be able to give expected customer service .

The worst costumer service! The agent Brett Oliver never answer the phone and never responded on emails. They're canceled my policy with out my knowledge and after admitting it was mistake, he did reinstall it back with $300 higher then it was.After 10 times calling the agency finally he decided talk to me in very bad manners. He refused explain to me why my policy goes up for $300 but he told me I have to be appreciate it because he's worked very hard to fix their own mistakes . I have to be happy to have coverage with their agency and $300 it's not a big deal and it's dose't have to bother me at all. I like Farmers insurance but I have to change the company because of the agent.

Worst agent ever I dealt with. They never answer any call, even cancelling and getting refund is a big pain. No response even when Farmers sent them messages.

CANCELLATION REQUESTED 8 Times! I requested a cancellation of my car and home policies 8 days before my accounts expired. I had to call 7 times to get this policy cancelled. Not only did they allow the policy to stay active, but they renewed another policy without my payment nor permission. When I called back the 8th time, the agent had to research my billing account, then contact a supervisor to finally cancel my policy. I will keep you posted on the whether I receive my refund. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT TO CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH ANYONE!
