This is a very poorly managed branch. I don't know if Chase feels Cedar Hill is just a worthless city, but the branch in Midlothian is nothing like this. Honestly, they should close this branch and possibly bring in a capital One or something because this Chase is literally a waste of space.

Chase's Cedar Hill does I like to help people we need somebody to have a banker they tell you come back in 2 or 3 days or next week and he has to wait an appointment which is stupid when you need help with your account you need help right then not wait two to three days or two a week that is stupid I'm putting them on Yelp and you know what I hope to God they listen to me I think Chase is here needs to be shut down and reported

The Employees at the CHASE BANK in Cedar Hill, TX are the most friendly people. I watched them have things going wrong, yet they quietly and with a positive, friendly voice said their frustration about it as they pulled together and made the problem dissipate and a positive transition with the customers continue♡

Tried to walk in to close a couple accounts. Was told I needed to go home and come back first thing early morning. It was only 1:30pm at the time. She said the traffic was too high. There were only a few people in the bank. She did not tell me I could call and have them closed. I figured it out on my own and within 30 seconds both accounts were closed. Chase Bank is dealing with incompetence, poor service, and no staff

Tried to get added to my wife’s account this morning since I recently added my direct deposit to her account in order to join have a joint account. The website says walk-ins are welcome, but they turned us away and said we needed an appointment. Although there was nobody in there and they weren’t busy at all. Awful customer service. They turned away a guest without helping them and seemed as though they didn’t care whether we were helped or not. What if we decided to remove our money from Chase altogether and go with my bank instead? Wonder what the CEO would say.. It’s clear the people at this location have the wrong mindset when it comes to making their guests happy

Arrived at 3:30 on a Friday for a 2 page notary service. Was told it would be about a 10 minute wait from the manager as the person was still on lunch... waited 25 minutes then was told the teller line (patrons who came in after me) had grown too long and I needed to now wait an additional hour because teller patrons were more important.

I did business with this Chase Location twice. Phenomenal Experience! To the n'th degree.I must have got there at the right time because I had maybe a few minutes of wait time but i wasnt in a rush. I will have to edit this when i remember the names of the above and beyond bankers (hope that's the correct title.) that helped and assisted me with something i had never dealt with and was a little scared to be dealing with. They really made me feel valued and that they genuinely put every effort into doing what they could for me and answering even my silliest questions. I was beyond happy and grateful for their solutions and time given. Never sounded bothered or rushed. Treated me like a human being and not just another cash flow method. The little things go a long way. I bring any and all business, worries, questions and lost chase cards to this location. Upon returning the found card was very transparent of where it was and making sure it was handled properly. I chose this branch that's a short scenic trip from other locations specifically because of those two wonderful people. Chase, I hope you truly value the good people at this branch and the work they consistantly do to give you the well known name you have.

This branch has slowly gone down hill. Closed teller line, closed drive thru now closed entire branch. Nothing but ATMs. I moved everything. Rest In Peace Chase Bank.
