Dude has been late twice in a row so far. Why have your open signs lit up just not to arrive on time. I paid for 2 ubers just get to this place. The first time he was like 7 minutes late and told me that he didn't have the part to fix my phone from the previous day despite giving me the impression that it would be fixed that same day. The 2nd day I show up at like 1120 and the guy isn't there! I couldn't wait too long for him because I had to be at work by 12!! Terrible customer service! Don't go!

I got some debris in my charging port ... took it in ... the owner immediately took my phone, cleaned it out, and said it was good to go. I asked what it charged, and he said "no charge". I thought that was top-notch, and so he has earned my future business.

This place was closer to home and that's how it started. A short time later my S20 was fixed and working perfectly. Remember when you find a good store like this one and take your cellular troubles there. ? Be content with less and be content with more.

He told my daughter that she was messing up his phone case and he said what kind of phone do you have will help you find it and little did he know he was working on my daughter's phone cuz she had a cracked screen so that's why I'm leaving a one-star review and I will never never never never ever come back to this place please I suggest you don't take your kids there my daughter was not messing up his stack of phone cases and it was already like messed up and I brought my son there and my son said oh sorry sir but he was like you know you're fine but this young lady here is messing up my phone case stack and said to her what kind of phone do you have so I can try and help you but he was working on it
