Don't go here! I would put 0 starts, but it's not an option. Find another pharmacy. They are trying to bill us for medication we never received. We have called and are told this will be taken care of, but it's not! We continue to receive $400+ bills for medication we've never received.

Don't go here. I would give 0 stars, but that's not an option. Find another pharmacy! The pharmacy is currently (and has been for the last three months) billing us for medication we never received. We've spent those 3 months trying to get this resolved. Every time we get off the phone with them, we are told they will take care of it. Then another bill shows up in the mail! We did not receive the medication they are billing us for! Go somewhere else.

Do not use or trust this pharmacy. They deserve 0 stars, but that's not an option. After an accident at an assisted living facility, my mother was moved to a new location for six weeks. Trinity Apothecary was told this, but they are still billing us for the medication they delivered during the time she was not in the facility. She did not receive any medication from them during the six weeks but is being billed for it. We have called them several times explaining the situation, yet they've done nothing to rectify it. Find another pharmacy!

It's easy to get here because its near to my house. The staff here is very friendly they are always smiling and greeting when you are entering to the pharmacy and the place is always clean

Just wanted to thank Mrs. Dee and Mrs. Jackie who are two of Trinity's Pharmacy Care Techs. They did a fantastic job today with the flu clinic at my community in Frisco. They arrived early, were patient with me to complete paperwork that had missing information, they were very polite and professional and treated by residents with dignity and respect. I was very pleased with their interaction with myself, staff and residents today. This speaks to not only of the caliber of employees they are but also reflects the training and culture of those who work at Trinity. Thanks for being our partners!

Trinity is a great partner pharmacy for Assisted Living residents. We have worked with them for years. They do their best to match prices and to work with families. They were the first in the area to offer the covid vaccines to the assisted living residents. Their packaging system is the best for accuracy. They will work hard to provide stat medicines as needed. I appreciate their partnership to take care of residents and families. No place is perfect, but Trinity works hard to accommodate.

I have personally been working with Trinity Apothecary our preferred provider for our resident medications for over 5 years now and I really enjoy working with them. They are great partners, always willing to help us out in the time of need, especially during emergency situations without hesitation. I have been a customer of Trinity Apothecary for 11 years. Their customer service, accuracy and dependability are all outstanding. Over the years, I have needed emergency deliveries, causing them to have to stay late to fill prescriptions and they have never failed me.

I just wanted to let everyone know how great a place Trinity Apothecary is to work with. I had a very unusual situation involving my mother. Instead of blowing us off they went out of there way to help us.There is one person I want to recognize her name is Chalester she helped us a great deal and was always very pleasant to speak to and very helpful. I had a really difficult time coordinating information about my Dad's medication between the VA and his assisted living facility, the pharmacist at Trinity Apothecary was incredible! She took the time to go over my Dad's medication with me, asked me what I needed, explained a few things, and took it from there with the VA. She was eventually able to get everything straightened out, and I couldn't be more grateful. I frequented this business over 20 years ago. They were great then and still are.

Dad is transferring to memory care from rehab. In rehab you walk in and find empty dosage cups with the wrong room number on them .... staff can't answer questions about medications....etc....nightmare. I was VERY relieved to find out that Trinity was being used at dads new facility because each days meds are individually prepackaged and timed for foolproof accurate dispensing. Stacy called from Trinity and was very pleasant and professional and took initiative to make calls and contacts with the previous pharmacy as well as clear up the gaps I left in the paperwork. Thank you Stacy....thank you Trinity.

Trinity apothecary is great! We had complications getting medications filled due to a miscommunication and the people at Trinity, specifically Stacy, worked so hard to make everything work out. She went above and beyond to help things go smoothly and you can tell that the people at Trinity Apothecary really care about there patients.
