We 100% agree with Khloe Timbale
There are so many good agencies out there !
Save yourself a lot of heartbreak and choose a much better agency that really cares about kids and also the foster families that care for these sweet babies ???
I was told to lie to a Denton SW so the agency wouldn't get in more trouble,
Exaggerate daily reports
Falsified documents
( non of this stuff I would do so they closed our home ) they said non compliance ??
Yea , I got yelled at for taking my three-year-old to the urgent care because her eye was so infected. She couldn't even open it , green puss coming out of her eye because they put her in respite care for four days , came home filthy and they did not take her to the doctor and this is a medically fragile child ?? anyways, ( this call I DO have recorded )
My one-year-old had so many cuts and scratches all over her face that the pediatrician said this is definitely child abuse/ neglect( in the 10 months that I had these three beautiful children in my home the only thing that ever happened to them was my three-year-old got stung by a bee in the backyard !!!
no bruises no cuts no injuries,or cavities ever and I had them for 10 months)
I've wanted to become a foster parent all my life and I've raised six successful children
Three of my bio kids have their Masters degrees and 3 own their own business's . We are very successful parents and all we wanted to do was help these kids and give them a good life.
Be very careful out there. Take lots of pictures. Write lots of notes and keep records of everything. Make sure you record phone calls when agencies are calling you !!!
( I had a male staff member call me at night and kept telling me I'm so pretty ?????) I didn't have a phone recorder back then but never knew I needed one???
Some people....
when they're put in the position of power, they could do whatever they want to save themselves and in the process destroy lives and the bonds that children develop with their foster parents, siblings, and bio parents.
Their sense of belonging and safety was destroyed again because of this agency
if anybody is interested, I would be happy to share with you my records that I have here.

We have truly been so happy with our foster experience at Bair! We had an incredible Recruiter, Yancy! She stayed on-top of the workload and helped us through every phase of the journey! Our Director John, has been amazing to work with! He reaches out to our family often just to check in, they are very thorough with their paperwork, trainings, and placements!! We highly recommend Bair! It’s been an overall great experience!

Recently, I joined the Bair Foundation as a foster family after careful deliberating on which agency to choose.
Following a conversation with John Williams, the director of the Dallas Agency, I confidently opted for Bair. I underwent comprehensive training sessions to enhance my skills as a foster parent, aiming to provide the best possible care to a child in need.
The ongoing support and attentive check-ins from the team have been exceptional, reaffirming my strong recommendation for the Bair Foundation Dallas.

They Denied me, And I don't even know why I thought they would be truthful for God is truthful to his children. I thought they would be truthful and tell me what happened what did I do so bad. I put my time and everything into a Christian institute and I was judge for something I don't know about.. I love Jesus Christ so in this I have learn Christians don't look at Christ the same. It's worldly Christians and there is Christian places that's about God truly. Why I give Bair Foundation a 5 because God taught me grace. And gave me grace God childrens have a heart for God's children that's who Iam. B blessed and I will be praying for this company to be truthful with the children of God who wants to foster or adopt a child in need of Gods love. In this they saw a problem not a opportunity

I worked at the Bair Foundation and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experience of my life! The Bair Foundation is so corrupt and the fact that they call themselves a Christian organization is offensive. They treat their employees/ foster families/foster kids like trash. All the higher ups care about is making money to fill their pockets. I have seen and heard the horrible things they do and I don’t ever want anyone to go into working for them or fostering with them blindly like I did. I would never recommend anyone work here or foster here. They should not be responsible for children because they don’t care about them all the want to do it make money off of them and if they can’t they get rid of them!! I have gone home in tears over some of the things they have done and I won’t be silent about it. They is no grace, no compassion, no care for anyone beneath them, just greed! This is not a Christian organization and not a place I will ever support.
