Fritz delivered on his promise. He does everything from delivering loaner car, insurance paper work, picking up the car after repair, going above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with the service. He helped me with the deductible. I’ve referred 5 customers to him and they were all happy with his service. “Better Call Fritz”.

TD, Fritz did an AWESOME JOB on my car, I call on a Friday and he was here on Saturday 7 hour drive. I do not have car rental with my insurance, but Fritz left me a car. Just got my car back and they did a great job. THANK YOU FRITZ!!!!

Amazing experience working with Fritz. Was referred after getting rear ended in an accident. The process was extremely easy and convenient, I didn’t have to lift a finger. It almost sounded too good to be true. From picking up the vehicle / dropping off the loaner car, to handling the insurance, it was an exceptional service. Without a doubt will be contacting Fritz and his team for future issues.

I highly recommend Texas Dent Company. I trusted TDC to repair three of our cars that were damaged by hail, and they did not disappoint. My initial plan was to have our cars repaired at another shop owned by a longtime family friend. After speaking with Fritz at TDC, they were able to schedule our cars for repair sooner and provide us with a complimentary rental. Initially, I was skeptical using a company I wasn’t familiar with. However, Fritz was very thorough in explaining their process and assured me they would do a quality job. He was very accommodating and pleasant to work with and helped to minimize the stress involved with vehicle repairs. Cody Wilson is the owner of Texas Dent Company. Cody has integrity and is highly focused on customer satisfaction. He honored everything he said he would do to restore our cars. I would definitely use them again if needed.

I cannot say enough about this company! Hands down THE BEST customer service from start to finish! The attention to detail exceeded any expectation I had. I love my car again! My car looks better than it did when I drove it off the sales lot! Kailey made this process so incredibly easy for me! She picked up my car, dropped off my rental and delivered my car when it was finished. She kept me up to date on the process, and was always there when questions came up! I will continue to recommend Texas Dent Company to anyone and everyone! 10 out of 10!!!

After 8 different companies showed up at my door, I went w/ Texas Dent & Fritz was my guy. He was friendly, patient, & very knowledgeable. He was dressed well & presented very professionally. I didn't have to lift a finger. He brought me a loaner, picked up my car, took care of all the insurance calls & questions. Fixed & detailed my car.

Fritz provided stellar customer service and my 3 cars look great. From the concierge service, loaner vehicles, working with my insurance to returning my cars looking like new. There were a few bumps along the way in the process, but overall the experience was great. My vehicles were hit with baseball size hail and you would never know looking at them now.
