Oh my! This place can be so busy at 7 a.m. Didn't know people could get so energetic about paint stuff so early. Which is why, dear friends, they do have free coffee in case you need to wake up before you say, "Can you match this color, please?"
Yeah, so early in the day, a lot of contractors show up, and it can take time to get helped. But no worries, these employees take it in stride, one customer at a time. They ask good questions to help you figure out what you want, too, in case you're not a professional painter. Love all the selections and ready availability of all kinds of painting helps, from brushes to containers to tape and much more!

HORRIBLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! CAME IN FOR A LIGHT GREY PAINT, GAVE ME A PURE WHTE PAINT, TOLD THEM ABOUT IT, THEY SAID THATS WHAT I PICKED. DIDNT OFFERED ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE, WISHED THEY COULD ADDED A DARKER COLOR OR SOMETHING, LEFT VERY DISSAPOINTED!!! THIS STORE IS NO GOOD....

Came in to buy 2600 sq ft of interiors worth of paint. Got no greeting or offer of assistance during my entire visit, despite the lack of other customers. I grabbed some paint cards but will ultimately take my business elsewhere.

It was my first time at Sherwin Williams. The staff was pleasant, and able to match to colors i needed to complete a paint job I was working on, on two separate trips.

Great quality paint and vast color collection. Friendly and knowledgeable associates. I gave 3 stars because they do not carry small samples at this location; you can only buy large samples or full-size paint cans. They will send you to Lowe's to get the small ones. Save yourself a trip here unless you are ready to buy.

Made some purchases in the last month or so. This location was awesome! Such helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff. You can't beat SW products for sure! I will definitely come back to this particular store though!
