We checked in late at night and when we woke in the morning - we discovered black mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. We notified the front desk and left immediately. We requested a refund and were told that the manager would contact us. I called back ( multiple times since the manager never called) I eventually got the manager on the phone (although he answered the phone saying he was not available) he was not concerned with our safety and refused a refund. He told me I could contact the health dept. and he was not concerned.
Safety: Dangerous and unhealthy - manager is not concerned with your safety

My daughter is 3 years old & whole body got bit by bed bugs & I asked to switch rooms & they refused instead they forced us to stay in the room & the workers are racist. They did not care about my daughter’s health. This hotel is unlivable. There is mold all in the corners of the wall. I slept sitting up in a chair holding my daughter because I could not allow her to sleep in the bed. I took her to emergency room because she had an allergic reaction to numerous bed bug bites. Her face is swollen eyes swollen shut.. bed bug bites on her for head eye lids , her neck , and all over her stomach & back. Also I have bites all over my leg. & back. On top of that they only give 1 roll of toilet paper per 2 days. I had to go to Walmart & but a case of toilet tissue for my daughter & I.PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY . Or go down the highway to a different location with better service. Consider yourself warned. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! PLEASE

Sorry, I'm not paying a $200 deposit for a .5, that's right half star Motel. I believe the Motel in Arlington is owned by the same people, They are demanding of money too, like we owe them something, very greedy people at both Motels. Do yourself a favor, and take your business some where else. I have made a different opinion about Choice Motels, from just these 2 Motels alone. I have went from a top customer to, don't really care if I ever stay at another Choice Motel.

This Hotel is old and smelly. If your looking for a nice place, then this ain't it. The rooms and hallways have a distinctive smell that I cannot explain. All of the amenities are in poor shape. Refrigerator was rusted and missing shelves. Air vent in bathroom had paper towels hanging from it. Kleenex box in bathroom was also rusted. Air conditioner was old and damaged. Bedroom decor doesn't match, and bedding and sheets have holes in them. The location is also in the middle of construction so it has a lot of traffic congestion. Stayed for a weekend and they never came to clean the room or change out towels.

The rooms are not the cleanest, I was charged an extra $77 they took a week to give me back, the location is on a 1 way street next to the highway & the entrance under construction & the pictures they show make it look like they do breakfast but then they got a sign saying they don't do breakfast because of how cheap their rooms are.

I have never been in a hotel so dirty. Fist I came in the room and there was lots of human hair everywhere, the bed smelled so bad that we slept with a t-shirt over our heads, in the bathroom there was a tray with plastic cups but full of hair that looked like someone has shaved there. The coffee pot was inside the bathroom. The front desk did not want to refund me the additional two night that we had booked. When I asked to be moved to another room, they did give me another smelly room and the toilet was not functioning. All the pictures online show a different hotel with different rooms, they even show a pool, which turned out to be old car shops. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!

Roadway Inn Carrollton did not honor my booked price and tried to charge me 40% more for the room. I had to drive to Lewisville to get a like original rate.

I was really nervous about staying here. I stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi looked a bit dirty. The room is strangely arranged. The bathroom was so dirty. I was so disappointed. Other than that, the service was decent and everything else was good.
