They are trying to HIDE their faults. Do NOT come to these people. Warning lights will come up on our dashboard. They are doing sabotage on people vehicles, so you can get them to fix vehicle that there is nothing wrong with them in the first place. Stay away from these people. Our reviews are not showing up as it should be. They do not want us to tell people what is going on. 🤬👿

I was driving on a road trip and the under shield of my car came undone and was dragging on the ground, I reached out and Greg was efficient and got me scheduled and situated. Great customer service on his part.

They almost didn’t submit my paperwork to insurance to renew my rental when they didn’t have the vehicle ready. They still haven’t replaced a light that is missing. They told me to make the two hour drive over and I did, but then told me it was a mistake. Unless I hassled them consistently, they don’t really do anything! It will be a miracle to get the light installed!

I imagine they deal with a lot of stressed out customers. Everyone was kind and helpful which is a big deal in customer service.
So far, my repairs are great. I don't anticipate issues moving forward. I recommend them if you need help.

I had a very disappointing experience with this collision center. While they repaired the dent, our car was returned in worse condition than when we dropped it off. The car was covered in dust inside and out, and the brake light wasn’t working. A new dashboard warning light appeared when we picked up our vehicle, which wasn’t there before. When we brought this up, we were told to take it and come back Monday. How is it safe to drive a car with a non-working tail light? They took the car back and fixed the issue but still returned it filthy. It’s unacceptable that multiple staff members handled our car and still returned it in this state after a second visit. I would not recommend this place. I am giving two stars because they did fix the tail light, but why was it ever returned to us in the first place with it not working? RO # 1600464
