I have break ceramic pad under lifetime warranty
i went to the store to change it
the manger refuse to honor the warranty and he try to be smart mechanic advisor and
he says we are not same network
go back where you got it from .
i think this most unprofessional store i ever seen

Be careful when buying at this location, since the new manager denies the warranty on your parts if he wants or if it has been a long time since you bought the part even if it is a lifetime warranty..Be careful when buying at this location, the new manager denies the guarantee, even if it is a lifetime guarantee or if you bought with the previous manager.

If I could leave one star I would. I got attended by Saul twice on two different occasions and he is the worst. He has such a negative attitude and talks down to you. I asked for help to run a test on my car and he handed me the equipment to do it myself while he was inside doing nothing. I asked somebody else because I was unable to do it myself. Unbelievable that they have people like this working there.

Personally I would never answer a personal phone call in front of a customer that took longer than 5 minutes but I guess staff here have no regard for their customers

Went in to buy transmission fluid and the cashier maricela was extremely rude and had an ugly mug from the beginning had no intention of helping and she had an airpod in her ear and had the audacity to tell me to Annunciate when she wasn't even paying attention not my fault she is unhappy with her life or job you don't need to take it out on the customers told the manger he seem like he could care less but thankful Saul helped me out and got me back rolling avoid her if you want good service

7 people in this store needing to get checked out. 5 employees in the back and only one person at checkout. Self checkout doesn’t work. Been here for 15mins trying to checkout.
