I love coming here for fast amazing service. All of the gentlemen who work here are always so kind and work very quickly! Tony is GREAT and he cares about his customers! I would highly recommend stopping by here! Their office is very nice, they have activities for kids, magazines, coffee and other drinks for while you’re waiting.

I took my car here to get an inspection. One of the employees took my key to drive it into the stall and another employee was backing out of the stall with someone else’s vehicle, a pick up truck and collided into my vehicle. The car hitch of that pickup truck went through my front bumper cover and left a big hole in the front of my car. Those two employees took my car and tried to repair it by melting the torn part of my bumper back together. When I asked them to contact the owner of the store the men employees gave me the runaround by saying they couldn’t get in touch with the owner. Finally, one female employee gave me the contact information of the owner and he came and promised he would take care of the damages. He gave me the runaround for 3-4 weeks stating he was going to do the right thing and get my car repaired. Today it’s been one month and two days and he’s still not contacted me to give me his insurance information nor paid for my damages. They tried giving me discount cards for free oil changes etc. but I don’t use them for any type of vehicle service and even if I did I wouldn’t trust them behind the wheel of my car not ever again. I think I gave the owner sufficient time to make it right and he has yet to do that. I’m not happy, however I did report it on to my insurance company to let them handle it. Needless to say, I won’t be patronizing this business ever again. Mr. TB, message to you, don’t act like you’re going to do the right thing and don’t, it’s unethical and bad business. Take your car here at your own risk.

Brought my car in for Inspection and Oil/filter change (Mobil 1) on Thursday morning. I was the only customer. Checked under my car on Saturday morning and found the filter had not been replaced. I also checked the oil and found the oil was not Mobil 1. Oil was slightly dirty and darker in color than Mobil 1. Prior oil change was done 3K miles ago. I am 99% sure it was the old oil.
On Saturday, Tony, the owner(who was not working Thursday)inspected my car and viewed video footage of repair. He told me his employee had failed to replace the oil filter. He told me that the oil was new after looking at a sample. But I replied, the oil was either not new or not Mobil 1. Afterwards, he told a different employee to have the oil/filter change done. BTW oil was not drained prior to removing filter and oil had splashed onto areas underneath/around the filter.
Tony gave me a card to do my next oil/filter change for no charge. I appreciate the gesture. I may or may not go back.
ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IF CAR REPAIRS ARE ACTUALLY DONE AND DONE CORRECTLY. What if I had not checked my car after the supposed oil/filter change?
4 stars for fixing the problem. 0 stars for not originally doing the oil/filter change. Thus 2 stars is my review rating.

Kevin took advantage of me because I was stupid and handed him the title of the car without accepting payment. For context I had crashed against the tree and when I didn't have enough money in repairs I panicked and decided to sell it. So He blew me off for 2 days and when I came back it turned out he had sold the car without my permission and he had not even paid me yet. He Even lied to me that he left the car keys in his bag. He actually sold the keys and everything to his coworker Alex. Watch out for him. He is a manipulative liar that has no problem taking advantage of people. Also NEVER give anyone the title without getting payment. ALWAYS be skeptical of so called professionals and do your own research. It's hard to be logical in scary situations like this but acting on emotions always makes things worse. Luckily Alex gave me my keys back. I got my car back but Kevin really did me wrong. He Even asked me for my contact details two times and never called me back.

Best oil change and service experience I have ever had in my life and because of that they will forever get all of my business! The one thing you always worry about at any car shop is getting cheated well you don’t have to worry about it here, These guys are FAIR and HONESTLY. I am a small business owner in the Colony and if you live anywhere near here this is where you should take your vehicle for great service and peace of mind!! Great Job Tony!!
