Rooms: This is a rent-by-the-week place, not the normal hotel. It's fine. I say that it's kid-friendly, because that's why it isn't quiet. Plus it's right on a service road. Very convenient for driving, but not quiet.

From the front office to house keeping I have no complaints. I would like to suggest that the curtains be cleaned at least once a month. I was satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this location.

Was told price over 5 hundred per week, but sign says 369 weekly, these are old and at least 20 years old even with renovations. Not worth it. They want you to charge minimum 7 days to your card.

For 500 plus for move in you can smell mildew and when you ask for assistance in riding the smell they will offer you febreez...With a horrible attitude...So if you are excited to live in a room where you can smell the addiction from prior guests, this is the place for you!!

My family and I stayed here for over 1 years and 9 months and it was ok. We needed a place to stay to get back on our feet and this was the place. Thanks to Mr. Rob and Staff for working with us you didn't have to but we thank you for this. Special shout out to Allen and the housekeeping ladies thank you so much.

Rooms were alright if you like to live among roaches and rats. On many occasions I had awoken to roaches crawling on me and found rat droppings near my food. Power outages are very common, stay at your own risk. Not to mention you get no uninterrupted sleep because they constantly like to knock on doors and the maintenance ladies will definitely flirt with the men while the girlfriend is obviously present. Absolutely no respect.

Location is Good. Near to Korea Town, train station and bus station. Large parking area, nice owners, nice workers.

Manager never fixes anything. Called several times about the door won't lock completely and was told "maintenance" would come to fix and no one never came.The guy at the front desk told me how to get the door to close and lock. Unacceptable ❌. I should be able to close the door like any other door, not rigging the door to stay close & clock. This is unsafeAlso the window in that room needs to be fixed. If you sleep in room 111 beware of the door and window. This is also a renovated room. So everything should work perfect.When I was checking out there was a young lady showing pictures of something that happened in her room. The same guy said the same thing. He will send "maintenance" I don't believe they actually have a maintenance person.Beside this, the location was quiet.

When I went thru reviews naming Rob, I thought that guy must have asked his friends and family for his eulogyHowever when I went to check in for a friend, and found that the booking clerk had messed up, Rob went to great length to make us happy

If you stay here, bring your Costco-sized can of bug spray. This place is ROACH INFESTED!!Noteworthy details: If you're an entomologist, you'll think you died and went to bug heaven. Roaches, roaches and more roaches.
