wow. just wow… i don't know where to start. The costumer service was just spectacular as-well as the quality of flooring. Im super happy i found this company and will definitely continue to use them. They're wasn't a question they couldn’t answer or a problem they couldn't fix. Not only that, but the attitudes of everyone was wonderful and welcoming. 100% recommend

Honestly, their prices are super competitive and their work was great. Their customer service was helpful, even when certain things didn’t come in time, they made sure to make the moment right. I will be trying them out again for future projects!

If you need flooring this is the place to go. It’s the best in the DFW area but also they’re online and basically ship everywhere on the mainland. The workers and owners are friendly and very helpful. This was my first time buying flooring and Factory Flooring Liquidators was so helpful. I recommend this to anyone who’s looking for good quality flooring, a good price, and experienced workers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered over 2,300.00 of wood flooring and never received the flooring. Jason, the salesperson was rude and not helpful at all.

Their customer service was a nightmare, extremely rude and they kept pushing my pick-up date further and further out with no good reason. Totally unreliable. Don't waste your time and money with this company.
