I brought my truck in for repair and replacement of the rack and pinion, as well as rotating tires and an alignment. When I picked up my truck and drove it home, I noticed my steering wheel was misaligned. If I straightened out my steering wheel, the truck would pull to the left.
I spoke with Paul over the phone the same evening I picked up my truck, notifying him of the issue. When I brought my truck in to have more work done, they said it would cost me $90 for them to fix their mistake on my steering wheel alignment. They were fully aware that the misalignment of my steering wheel was on them, as Paul and I discussed over the phone, but when I brought my truck in afterwards, they claimed it couldn't be proven that it was their fault.
I thought this shop would be trustworthy and honest by "righting their wrong," but I was mistaken.

Fast and easy. I pulled up to the front door, and the front service representative helped me immediately with no waiting. He moved my car to the service bay and completed the inspection and emissions test in about 15 minutes!

Went in for an engine light error on a Jeep and a couple of minor things. Paul found the issue, was knowledgeable, friendly, connected with me every step and price on point. He even followed up after to make sure all was working properly. Definitely my new mechanic moving forward!

Had a water pump failure.Paul and his staff were kind, informative, and efficient.If you are in the Dallas/Carrollton area, go to this shop for all of your car repair needs. This business is great. They kept us up to date on all of the progress with the repair and had the car ready as promised.Thank you Paul and Staff, you were amazing!!!

A. M. A. Z. I. N. G. SERVICE!! I had a water pump malfunction Tuesday morning with all hopes lost that my engine would be gone. I was sent to Carrollton Auto Kare and Paul assured me that all hope was not lost! Paul was an amazing customer service rep and mechanic.
