Love the store. But most of the time at night the doors are locked with a sign taped to the door. Thought this was a 24 hr location but it seems like the graveyard shift opens, closes, comes, and goes when they are ready. Have been to this location several times and have experienced this.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS - On behalf of an angry customer - she went to buy a gift card but this 7eleven did not activate correctly, the customer has been told for 3 days to come at different times of the day to speak with the manager but has not been helped with her gift card balance or refund of the money. Poor lady and child.

I go there to buy batteries, the ones I found look to be old, so I let them stay there. I go and find something else to buy, so no waste of trip. Worker there tells me what happen to the batteries. I told him there still at location. He said no there not, you forgot, he said check your pockets and I did , nothing but my knife was in my pocket. I was so insulted by him I walked out. He said he will call the cops. I said good do so M.F . I won't go back to this 7eleven. In fact I'm calling corporate office.

Came here to get gas and a car wash. The car wash was $12 for the standard which I figured would be better than the basic. The automated system sprayed a little water and some soap at my car while missing 90% of the dirt and anything that a car wash should clean. Avoid at all costs for a car wash here

Paper towels at the pumps haven't been restocked in MONTHS. Squeegees are missing from most pumps. Receipt paper is usually out and when it's not, nothing prints down the left side of the paper (so you only get about 2/3 of the receipt. This creates problems if you are trying to submit the receipt to your company for reimbursement. Very inconvenient to have to go inside to pick up receipt.

Sales associates go out of their way with a greeting and friendly and helpful customer service. They have hot, fresh coffee and food and a clean store. Quality products. My favorite store in the area.

Edited 11/6/21: seems they fixed the pumps.As long as you're just using the convenience store, it's not bad. But if you need 10 gallons of gas, it's gonna take you about 15 minutes. I've stopped there a few times over the past month and the pumps are sloooow AF. The last straw was it took me a minute to get a half gallon. I'd appreciate a response from the owner once they get it fixed because this is a convenient location for me.

I really miss the couple who was there in the mornings. They were great. The people now are very friendly too
