Not even worth one star. Just drive to Amarillo. They accepted my reservation request for a uhaul truck. The address online does not match the location. Once there the office was closed no uhaul vehicles were there and did not answer the Uhaul dispatch call either. Very unprofessional.

No security to speak of, poor communication. Saw my unit unlocked and didn't notify me. Some of my property had been stolen. Avoid them.
