Awesome shop and great prices. Now I know Lee has someone else doing the detailing after the repair and they did scorch some areas of my door repair that I was able to correct myself with a compound polisher, only reason for the 4 star.

Thanks to Lee and his team for getting my Toyota crown back to new after getting rare ended and getting slight rear damage on my tail light. It looks like it never happened and I’m very happy with the work.

He’s had my sons truck for 8 months and still isn’t done. We’ve heard excuses, we’ve been promised to and promised to and still not done for work he was paid for in full in advance. Do not waste your time with this guy.

One star only because I had to. My son took his truck in for repairs 7 months ago and still not done. We got excuses....employee problem etc. etc. Then a couple of weeks ago when asked about it he said he would have it done in a couple of weeks. Now a couple of weeks later - still not done and still sitting on the same lift it's been on for the last two weeks. This guy is a total joke. Don't waste your time.

I took my vehicle in to have a rear bumper cover and trunk lid put on that I had found in a salvage yard on Mansfield Highway. I had been in a wreck and had been rear ended. The trunk lid and rear bumper cover were in mint condition. I originally wrote a good review on this establishment but after having written the review, I am changing my review because a day later, when I went to shut the trunk lid, it shut just fine but could not get the "Gate Ajar" reading off the display on my control panel. The lights behind the rear view mirror would also not go off because the system "sensed" that the trunk lid was not totally shut. I now have to slam the trunk lid as hard as I can which is not easy because I have a whiplash from the wreck. The rear passenger tire also rubs against part of the bumper cover or something that got pushed forward when the bumper cover was installed.I took it back to Lee and he was not there at the time but his assistant came and showed me why the issue is happening with the trunk. He said when they took off the old bumper cover that they saw that the frame was bent upwards and when they put the new bumper cover on, it now bows upward and the trunk lid catches it.My question would be: Why could they not have called me and told me this and explained that this would be what would happen if I did not consent to have them fix it first?????? I would have approved it and then let my insurance company know about it. But no, it was put on KNOWING this would be the result. Now I have an entire back of my car that I cannot use until I take it to ANOTHER body shop and get it repaired. So yes, I feel justified in lowering the "star level" of my review.Service: Body & Trim
