Been waiting for my refund from this place, totally bad service and terrible responses from the owner. Has not paid me the owed $2000 that I'm entitled to. Wrote me a check, his bank that holds his business account did not even want to cash his check. I put it into my bank account and then it bounced as well

Mario and his staff were great. I needed a new hood painted for my Jeep. It is my only car so I couldn’t leave it in the shop. Mario worked with me and got the hood and painted it off the vehicle and I was able to go by after it was ready and install it.Mario was kind enough to let me borrow a few tools to get it done.One of his technicians wandered by and asked if I needed any help (I didn’t but it was nice of him to ask)The paint job was spectacular and the price was very fair. It was clear everybody in the shop took pride in their work ( not something you see a lot of these days )I would recommend them to anyone who needs paint and body work (even if it is a bit out of the way)Definitely 5 stars!!Service: Painting

Mario is a super nice guy, and the repair work is quality. He will also work directly with the auto insurance if the cost is any more. He was also able to get me a rental through insurance and drove me to get my rental, so I didn't even have to coordinate for another ride. When I picked up my car, I was happy to see he actually wiped or buffed out another area where I had damage. Then when my car was hit again 6 months later, Mario came out to my nearby business to look at my car in person and helped me out once again. Great, local place to support. We took our Yukon to Prestige after I attempted to do some paint repairs and I ended up making it worse. Mario and the crew that worked on it did an amazing job of prepping and painting a color that other shops have had difficulty matching. Communication was excellent throughout the process and they were very receptive to any questions or concerns. The total cost at the end was exactly what was quoted and they even detailed the entire truck in and out!

When I needed some front end damage repaired on my 2019 Accord everyone in the area told me it would take at least 4-6 weeks to get parts before they could start. Mario was able to get me in and repaired, and back on the road in less than 2 weeks. The shops work is top notch and Mario went out of his way to make sure I as a customer was dealt with fairly and courteously. Repairs I can get anywhere, but service like this is hard to come by, I would recommend this shop and its team anytime, great job and service.Services: Painting

Mario and his crew are amazing-- so very detail and customer service oriented. My hard-to- please husband was extremely happy with the repair and paint job. They even detailed the car,, which wad an added plus. Highly recommend this establishment. They are outstanding.

Wow! We brought our Mercedes’ GLC300 to Prestige to have some body work done and we were thrilled with the results! The owner Mario was wonderful to work with and he wanted the end result to be perfect. He worked closely with our insurance company regarding the claim. I needed a new front bumper on my car and took the car to Prestige Paint and Body. When Mario, the owner, was unable to locate a front bumper, he stated he would repair and paint the existing one. Mario did a wonderful job in a short period of time and for a reasonable cost. The front bumper looked like new! Mario is a skilled mechanic and repair person, he is friendly, knowledgeable and his customer service skills are outstanding. He kept me informed of the progress every step of the way and completed the repairs in the time frame promised. When I picked up the car it was washed and cleaned on the inside. Mario also cleaned the headlights at no extra cost. The car looked great! I can highly recommend Mario and Prestige Paint and Body.Services: Painting
