“Every boost store gave me the run around for having a non compatible 5G phone. Others tried to see me a 200 or 500 dollar phone. No network service and no LTE due to this problem for 2 days. Jose at this location fized my problem in less then 5 minutes and i couldnt have been happier.Definitley a go to when having problems and less of the BS.”

“I have been shopping at Target since I was a single digit age and I am a boomer if that gives you any clue as to how long I have been shopping here!! I cannot recall experiencing any unpleasant staff in person nor via phone. I have called a hundred times plus over the decades, and since we moved here and this location on Wildflower opened, I have thanked the Target guru's for this location as it's much closer to me. We have lived here for more than 20 years and I have never met an unkind, rude nor unpleasant employee in all of my visits!! Also, I will admit that I have enjoyed their drive up order services immensely as being an exceptionally positive experience as well the lengths that they will all go to should I have difficulty with an item or my order languishing longer than it should be. Target is my happy place!! As I always come out happy once I enter the doors and we'll long after I have left as I enjoy my purchases throughout the years. On a side note, an online order I purchased was damaged in-transit which the carrier contacted Target and they reordered the item without my needing to reorder the item again, including having the damaged item returned to the Target facility back to their warehouse which saved me an additional trip to return the item. How better can that service be with other larger retailers across the board??”

“At least AT the store, I could change my forgotten vm password. However, were this to be a review of Cricket website and app, it would get one star simply because you cannot give it any fewer stars. It was impossible to change my vm password using either the site, or the app. The "reset pwd" text messages went to the family account owner, rather than my personal phone, regardless of where the request was generated. I could not change the vm password from MY phone and absolutely did NOT want to change the password of the account owner (my son). Changingy personal vm password should NOT require a trip to the store!”
