Went to buy milk, accidentally dropped it so I went back into the store to buy a new one and ask where the trash can was. GM yelled and swore at me for not being able to find the trash can that was behind a bunch of carts outside. Then when I brought it upto the cashier cause I didn't know they were the manager, the Manger came out and kicked me out cause they were mad. I had my 1yr old child with me btw, so I really appreciate that. The store should probably hire a new manager. Someone who is competent and professional.

My husband went to the store and it was not open. To me that is not good business, because some people that live around here can just walk to the store. So my husband had to drive to Brookshire to get a couple of things. The next time we want to go to dollar general we will go to the one by biglots or the one on 377. One day when my husband and I was in there one of the employees was very rude and I didn't get her name. The manager and Gm need to think about the people that don't have a car should be open on time.

I'm normally perfectly fine with Dollar General. Usually pretty understanding but this one forces you to use the self checkout in the morning. They refuse to open a regular register too unless it's an emergency. It's ridiculous the amount of time wasted waiting for the slow system to accept payment, to print the receipt. Plus some people just don't know how to go about the self checkout and it's incredibly rude to be forced to do so.

Good store. Noticed a nice fresh fruit stand inside. Now that's a first! But never any Gatorade.....Still a good store.
