Went in for a client. Donna was great she heard my key words and asked questions to get down what exactly I needed and helped save my client who is elderly money as well appreciated her assistance.

Dana needs to learn customer service skills if she is going to work in customer service. This store in general needs completely new staff. They have gotten complacent in the way they treat people and the higher ups only continue to allow it.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Walked in and it smelt like someone smoked a whole pack of cigarettes. Only 2 people working , 2 customers being taken care of, us and 2 other customers waiting for them to hurry. Waited 25 min and only one customer left. I needed to use the restroom urgently and she said no. Had to go to Walmart and then I did a little shopping to come back to cricket 40 min later and only one person was left and it was the same customer she was taking care of since we got there in the 1st place. It looked like she didn’t even know what she was doing!!! She finally asked us what we came in for and we explained to her but then she denied us service because we didn’t have a physical ID in hand, we had a photo of the ID with all the information and didn’t accept it !!! we drove from comanche to brownwood only to drive back to comanche EMPTY HANDED!!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND GAS!!! I called cricket in Abilene and in stephenville and they both said that they could work with me if I didn’t have my physical id with me, a photo of it would be fine!! JUST RIDICULOUS

Assist store manager is careless will throw your phone around and completely rude and his customer service is unbelievably just not there DO NOT RECOMMEND him or this store at all

Went in to purchase a phone case and screen protector and the guy sold me the wrong one. Tried to call within a hour of buying and was told it's not store policy to take back items. So there's $50 down the drain.

Young man named Michael was making fun of elderly customers (2 different ladies) in front of other customers. He did this twice in the 30 minutes I was in the store. As the daughter of a Alzheimer's victim I find this EXTREMELY rude!!! I will be contacting corporate.

Man working in store was disrespectful to older patrons coming into the store. Another lady saw this and was upset and told me she was calling customer service. No excuse for this behavior in front of other customers

Today we took my 80 yr old grandpa in to get a new phone and the employees were all amazing especially Vanessa she went over and beyond taking the time to set his new phone up the exact same as the previous one to where he didn’t have to worry about how to get to his stuff. My only recommendation would be to the owner and mangers that they should appreciate their employees as much as the customers appreciate them and give them some stools or something to make them a little more comfortable while they work

Wat happened to Cricket service? I used to never have any problems with the phones Internet but lately the service has been terrible. I really hope it's repaired soon.

It used to be so easy doing business with Cricket but now it is difficult and down right stupid. Now you can't have a family member run in for you and pay your bill. It has to be the account holder and they best have their ID on them. You can't go in and upgrade your phone without the account holder there with their ID. It was easier dealing with Net10 than having to do this. I think if the person knows the pin number that should be it. Seriously stupid choice Cricket.
