I worked with Vanessa today to return two amazon packages. I had qr codes for both and Vanessa could have just said "we don't accept qr code returns" and sent me on my way like most pack & ship stores (and I wouldn't have thought twice about it). Instead she helped me get it switched over to a label - printed the labels for me - then helped me find a large box for one of the items. I was more than willing to pay the $7 for the box and label print because she made it all so easy on me!! I don't know that I'll ever use another pack/ship store!!!

This is about the nicest people friendly place in Brownwood. I had a lot of questions and they very nicely answered everyone. Clone these people and put them in Subway on Austin to replace that male who acts like he's paying for my salad and therefore entitled to frown at every dang thing I ask for on it.

Box n Mail is the place to go! The ladies there were super helpful, kind and quick to help. They have so many things they do that they can assist you with! Faxing, copies, notary, packing services, office and moving supplies, gift packing, cards, gifts, apparel & more!

I love this place. Since Comanche’s shipping place has gone downhill I found them. They are friendly and pack things well. They haven’t lost any of my packages either! Their management is great and wonderful customer service. Worth the drive.

It was a great experience doing business with this business, Vanessa was very helpful and friendly, she was very knowledgeable, the price was reasonable considering the do all the boxing and preparing the items for shipping, I will be doing business with these people for sure in the future.
