First of all Thank You to all our mail carriers who deliver mail and packages regardless of whether conditions. Thank You again. Second, in my neighborhood our mail boxes were knocked down by an irresponsible drunk driver and now we have to go all the way to the post office to pick up our mail. I’ve asked when the mail boxes were going to be replaced but a young lady told me that unless we get together and turn in the drunk driver to pay for it, we were Not getting another mail box. I have a mail box in front of my house but the mailman cannot go in to the neighborhood because his route ends at the entrance of the neighborhood where all the mailboxes, (provided by the post office) should be. Once again, I have nothing against the mail carrier, he just follows the rules, is the Post office manager and her rules. Who can help me with this????

For those "men" at the door where you pick up packages, do better with your customer skills. Shame on you for how you treated an elderly lady for not knowing how to read and write and laughing at her. You wouldn't like it it was your family members being treated that way.

My outgoing mail keeps getting left clipped on the outside of my mailbox. Just because I don't have any mail coming to me doesn't men I have don't have outgoing mail. The guy just drives by andIs too lazy to get out of is delivery truck.This has happened 2-3 times this year! One bill stayed on the box for 2 days.So if my bills are late are you going to pay the late fee?! We are elderly and don't leave the house much. Resident of Alice Circle in Brownsville Texas

The guy that was working at 12:00 - 1:00 pm, horrible customer service. Just say you don’t like working and that’s it. We have never in our lives disrespected employees cause sometimes we do understand it gets overwhelmed in there. But you? dude really? Literally good for nothing. Horrible place.

Denied my mail because the end of my envelope didn’t fold all the way over. The policy on the USPS website states about 1 inch bend which mine did. I had to order a parcel service which was way more than the item I was trying to ship. Brenda was the unhelpful manager.

Customer service sucks! The employees take their time, they talk it up among each other before acknowledging customers. Rude clerks!

Horrible!! Unprofessional!! Employees have No manners what so ever. One of the employees was super rude, tried to ask for help and would brush me off. Heard he told one of the workers “to get me last” smh

This post office is highly underrated! Every single time I’ve done anything, be it packages, letters, or delivery estimates, this staff fully helps the best way with patience and cooperation and directs me to a legitimate outside resource if another route is cheaper.

Lazy, rude, incompetent, always have an attitude, I can go on but these people are just rude and do anything to charge. We recently moved and I’m not getting any mail due to construction on my street, first didn’t want to help me because my ID didn’t have the new address, well, that’s because it was supposed to be delivered to the new address but, of course, I was not getting any mail. I ordered a package before I moved and it got shipped to the old address, I tried everything to avoid that before moving but it is what it is, anyways it got rerouted and of course not delivered to my new house, and they still charged me the $8 for the redelivery fee. They are ridiculous and it’s the worst experience I’ve had with any post office.

Extremely lazy and hate filled hobo's work inside this post office, they make the little lady right outside of the office doors at the package pickup do EVERYTHING! She not only does All the packages but any issues you have fixing or correcting ANYTHING with your post box but she also does All the passport stuff as well and God knows what else she is required to be the only one to work at. There were 4 employees inside doing nothing because All of the customers were outside being helped by the one solitary worker at package pickup and they were so nasty and hostile that I even dared interrupt their personal conversation to ask if they could help because it was so busy outside and the hate in their eyes as they said no, "I had to go outside" and they walked away to continue their personal conversations away from the counter. It should be illegal from them to refuse to do any work when they have nothing to do and why they're making the package lady do everything seems abusive and some kind of prejudice unethical thing is happening here at this location!
