I highly recommend buying and getting your appliances Serviced. We have purchased from them for over 30 years. Never had a problem with price, service or delivery. Was able to schedule Service and repair for today. Was kept pried as to when they would be here. The two technicians were both professional and knowledgeable. And a very short time later, the problem was repaired and the area cleaned up. Thank goodness we still have local Businesses.

Good customer service. I purchased my fridge via phone. They had my appliance in my home in two days compared to other big box stores who would have it in 1 week.

5 stars for Excellent Customer Service...Irma was very knowledgeable on the merchandise and very helpful. Very no no-nonsense about pricing, which I loved! Delivery was another story ENTIRELY.

This company installed new appliances for my new construction home. The fridge is dented in several areas, the plastic on the bottom of the door keeps popping out and will not stay attached and in addition, the microwave is installed completely crooked and the microwave looks like it was dropped. The bottom is completely caved in on a section of it. I’ve reached out to Bobby, he is placing the blame on the builder for signing off on it. The multiple dents, the incredibly poor installation of the microwave says otherwise as that microwave was damaged pre installation and the microwave appears to have been installed by an 8 year old. He was supposed to get back to me several months ago, now he will not take the call I made and hasn’t responded back to my emails asking about the follow up. He just doesn’t respond back. Buyer beware with this company. After already purchasing these appliances, I am going to have to repurchase a new fridge, microwave and pay for the install after we’vealready paid for said items. Total joke. I’m looking into a legal action after contacting the BBB.

worst possible service on our Bosch dishwasher that we purchased at Stevens. Promises of technician coming for repair, no one shows up, more promises, no one shows up and no communication. Will go elsewhere for future appliance purchases and service

I purchased an LG refrigerator in the middle of the COVID pandemic when most big box stores were quoting 2-4 week back orders. Bobby was extremely helpful and told me exactly what he had in his inventory. I purchased the refrigerator the next day, and it was installed the following day. When his install team was taking the old refrigerator out the corner of the old unit punched a small hole in the drywall and nicked another spot. Bobby had his contractor call me and they did an excellent repair job a few days later. The second day we had the refrigerator we heard a water drip coming from the ice maker line. I called Bobby that day and his repairman was over at the house within an hour. The water line didn't have enough slack so it had not seated properly in the connector and was leaking. I suspect that when the install team checked the water line it was all fine, but with the ice makers running and us getting water from the front door unit that the connection just got looser with the increased pressure and use. It was fixed within 5 minutes and we ran 3 tests to ensure everything was OK. I will definitely return to Stevenson's for my next appliance purchase. No more big box stores for me!

My experience has been similar to that of Ms. Navarro. Purchased all my appliances for our new home from Stevenson's because I believed they would service them as well. That is only if you can get them to return your phone calls or show up when they say they will. If it is not a simple fix they will ignore you and leave you hanging. Bobby goes silent once appliances are paid for. I purchased a Subzero freezer that was not freezing food. I spent months dealing with the service tech coming out to defrost it and then telling me he would talk to Bobby to see what the next step would be and someone would get back to me. Of course I heard nothing back. After 6 months I finally spoke to Bobby and he assured me he would phone Subzero to see what the next step would be and assured me he would get back to me. Nothing. I waited 3 weeks to hear from Bobby before calling Wolf myself. Their customer service is amazing! They told me they would contact Tab's Appliance Repair in Pharr (they service all high end appliances) to come take a look at it. Tab's called me the very next day and scheduled a service time. Tab's service technician arrived, asked me detailed questions regarding the freezer and the trouble I have had. Long story short they fixed in one visit what Stevenson's could not in 6 months and it has run perfectly ever since. Tab's has also called me twice to check the status of my freezer. To this day I have still not heard anything from Bobby.
