Was there to return an item to Amazon. The two young employees traded looks to see who was going to deal with me. After 1 minute, one gave up and asked me what I needed. Only to print the label to ship item through UPS. He immediately gave me an instruction sheet for printing. I asked him to do it as I'm not good with computers. He decided to just explain and turned away. Tried to print but couldn't and then asked in a loud voice for help. The employee decided to ignore me, and the manager came and helped. Was out an extra charge on my card due to no help for customers.

Great service. Employees were very pleasant. They were able to complete my request in a timely manner and did a great job. I had taken four books to be cut and spiral bound. Very happy with the results.

I want to say thank you and that i do appreciate her work and this goes to “VICTORIA” she was very sweet, nice, kind, and very attentive to her job! I really loved her attitude and the way of her service and help!By the way she is in the shipping and receiving area or department in the UPS Department.She helped me so much and i am greatful to her about it!The UPS staff from price road sent me to staples in pablo kisel.I think it was destiny that i had to go to staples and find out that there is a UPS drop off service for shipping and receiving. As well a very nice staff member called VICTORIA and she was very nice and sweet :)Thank you very much!Now i know, where to send amazon packages.Since, the UPS STORE AT PRICE THEIR PRINTER IS BEEN DOWN SINCE 2020. Kudos to victoria and ups department at staples :)

Always great service and responsive. Whenever I need printing or copies, Staples employees are very helpful and I have always been satisfied. I choose Staples over other office businesses.

Went to pick up an online order that was ready for pick up and the associates told me their was nothing there. Apparently to the manager it was a first come first serve type of thing, then that obviously defeats the purpose of ordering online and then tell me my order is ready for pick up and will be held for a couple of days when they end up selling it anyways. POINTLESS. NEVER again will I be buying at Staples.

If i could give zero stars i would, i've been coming here for consecutively in an attempt to get a poster printed, but it seems like the machine is "always broken". The service was horrendous, and slow. Always told the same excuse, being, "The technician is coming later to fix the machine, come tomorrow and we'll have it ready" but they're all lies to get the customer out of the store.

Scammy. Claimed to help us out with "price match/free warranty"I did not want free warranty.They didn't price match.They still tried to make me pay for assembly.It was off the floor and I received it with a stain. ? Reported.

One of their main products is stationery, but they spell it “stationary” on their sign. They can make their own signs. I told the staff, but they didn’t understand.
