I reviewed them because their efforts are worth taking a couple mins of my time to state they are valued.

We replaced our HP printer ink with cartridges from Staples in Brownsville. We got notice on our printer today that informed us that the "depleted" cartridge was "Used or counterfeit". Of course, we feel defrauded because they were purchased as "new" a short time ago. They came boxed and wrapped in a way indistinguishable by us from the real thing. Customer beware. Staples beware.

Was there to return an item to Amazon. The two young employees traded looks to see who was going to deal with me. After 1 minute, one gave up and asked me what I needed. Only to print the label to ship item through UPS. He immediately gave me an instruction sheet for printing. I asked him to do it as I'm not good with computers. He decided to just explain and turned away. Tried to print but couldn't and then asked in a loud voice for help. The employee decided to ignore me, and the manager came and helped. Was out an extra charge on my card due to no help for customers.

Great service. Employees were very pleasant. They were able to complete my request in a timely manner and did a great job. I had taken four books to be cut and spiral bound. Very happy with the results.

I want to say thank you and that i do appreciate her work and this goes to “VICTORIA” she was very sweet, nice, kind, and very attentive to her job! I really loved her attitude and the way of her service and help!By the way she is in the shipping and receiving area or department in the UPS Department.She helped me so much and i am greatful to her about it!The UPS staff from price road sent me to staples in pablo kisel.I think it was destiny that i had to go to staples and find out that there is a UPS drop off service for shipping and receiving. As well a very nice staff member called VICTORIA and she was very nice and sweet :)Thank you very much!Now i know, where to send amazon packages.Since, the UPS STORE AT PRICE THEIR PRINTER IS BEEN DOWN SINCE 2020. Kudos to victoria and ups department at staples :)

Always great service and responsive. Whenever I need printing or copies, Staples employees are very helpful and I have always been satisfied. I choose Staples over other office businesses.
