I talked to Marty manager for customer relations and informed her about a matterss I ordered that was in stock just needed the fork lift guys to come get it down at 3:30 I had gone around 12:15 I had paid was ready to pick up at 7-8 when they canceled my order because they said it wasn't in stock when i had clearly seen it that same day and when I called to asked I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and Marty stated she couldn't help me at all and even refused to provide any explanation on why my ordered was canceled what type of people are yall hiring no help and very rude

I highly DO NOT recommend Sam's Club. I was recently in the store in Brownsville to redeem reward points on my Sam's credit card (which CAN be used without membership) and was told my membership expired this past February. There was NO communication to state the membership was expiring or even that it expired. I am tight for funds at this moment as a single parent and was looking forward to redeem my rewards to buy GROCERIES. I understand it is in the terms and conditions BUT then it should only be allowed to be used in Sam's Club stores. Purchases I made were OUTSIDE Sam's Club and it's a TRAP to make you renew your membership...If I use my rewards to renew membership, I will have no reward money to use for groceries as I originally planned. Neither the management NOR the card customer service was willing to help in this situation. Customer service is extremely poor. I am no longer EVER going back to Sam's Club or using this credit card again. I lost $80 in rewards due to poor communication and unprofessionally poor customer service. If you have a Sam's Club card and your membership expires WITHOUT your knowledge and you needed your reward money, you are out of luck. I hope this saves someone the time and hassle (was here an hour and got nowhere).

Lady was rude in sams when I went to go ask about my baby wipes for my daughter! I had ordered 3-4 days and was still in stock so they had time to save them but didn’t instead they canceled when I arrived to pick them up and the lady said I should’ve bought some when they where in stock when I did!!!!

This Sam's Club is the best! The staff goes out of their way to help you find items. They also unload your groceries as you check out and you don't have to worry. Getting the plus membership pays off if you buy here regularly. I recommend Sam's Club to everyone.

The store it self is a middle of the road sams. It's pretty old but bigger than the newer ones. The problem is the cafe they have. The line usually wraps around twice, but they only have one cashier. The cashier also does order fulfillment. That is ridiculously inefficient, and shows incompetence on management side.
