I like the nicer quality of their store over Home Depot.I have had good service from customer service counter twice when needed. Need to get real people to help on phone though. Like that they always have some pretty flowers to buy all yr.

Good on Lowe's to support Veterans and exclusive parking. However, they should keep the parking spots closer to the store rather than moving them further out.Good quality service, clean and organized store.

I'm a retired business owner from Indiana. I have never seen such a disorganized Lowe's store before. Stock was misplaced and laying everywhere. No one working seemed to care.I quit shopping Home Depot for this . This would never be approved in Indiana or Kentucky stores.

I visited the Brownsville location. I called from McAllen and after several hang ups and 45 minutes later, I finally got through. I inquired about a washer. They said they had one. I drove from McAllen got there and the sales person went to the back and came back and said, "We sold it 30 minutes ago". She left and another 45 minutes later, a delivery driver asked if I had been helped. He checked on a different color which was $100 more. He brought it out, took me to the check out, and loaded it for me. In general, very poor service due to lack of personnel in the appliance department. Oh, and my military discount was not applicable on this sale. I'm in the market for a refrigerator but I won't be buying it from Lowes, period. This is the first one star review I've ever given to a business. Very disappointed...

Worst customer service ever! The customer service desk emploees - (1) didn’t know how to pull my prosupply account up after I gave her all she needed to try to locate it and (1) did not want to be bothered and said I’m not the owner of the account after being able to show all and any proof of being account owner and then continued as if I was inviable. Neither called a manager or someone for help or to assist and both were just like “next customer”. I go ahead to walk store to see if you have what I might need and pay in cash but the floor rep for department had no clue what I was looking for, showed him what I needed and said I don’t what that is. Looks on is handle held device and says - I can see you can order it on Amazon tho ??♀️ Not that we don’t carry it or if we do this is where you can find it - just here where you can go instead. Wow what a bunch of push the duties to someone else employees you have!!! Great “not my job” attitude! ????

If you need quick, professional delivery and installation, try Home Depot of Best Buy/ I ordered a refrigerator 11/16. It was supposed to be delivered 11/17. Never showed up. I called 11/18 and was advised it would now deliver 11/24. Never showed. I called and was advised delivery was now 11/27. On the prior two occasions was I ever called to advise delivery was delayed. Installer said if the doors were reversed it would void all warantees. I contacted Lowe's corporate. They said it was not so. He said his manager told him to say that because they'd had so many complaints. He admitted he'd never been trained to do so. They left a mess. Left the plastic protectors on the door and we had to cut off around the handles and hinges. I'll never shop Lowe's again.

Never thought it would happen, but I've become Home Depot man since moving to Brownsville, solely because of this store. Multiple issues... the biggest was having to find the manager of the store (Brad) in order to unlock the Garden Center gate so I could load purchases into my truck. It was evident that he didn't want to make the walk over there. As I loaded bags of gravel into my truck, he and two employees stood by and supervised. Well done gents.

Stock availability and diversity is very poor. Many sizes of pvc connectors were missing, i had to use a plumbing connection for an electrical box. Ive had the same problem in the past with poor quality tools, breakers/ boxes, wire size, plywood, 2x4s (how do you run out of #2 pressure treated?) But the Cashier was nice, and is the only reason i gave this a rating at all. I regretted coming here and will be going to home depot from now on.

I placed an order online with Lowe’s for pickup. I received a call that the employee was not able to find the item. We asked to speak to a manager. The employee, Adrian, told us he would check for the item again and if he did not find it he would have a manager contact us. We specifically said “Do not cancel our order.” We have been calling all afternoon as we did not receive any call back from Adrian or a manager. I was on the line for 26 minutes and no one answered the phones at customer service. We just received an email that Adrian cancelled our order. Atrocious service. Will be calling corporate tomorrow to report this situation and employee. Unbelievable.

Lowe’s takes FOREVER to help in store we were ready to purchase a new vanity for a sink and it took 5 tries to get someone to help and we left without it. They never have anyone at the register and the time I went for charged twice in my Lowe’s card. I have been try to call for a delivery and no department answers at all it’s very unsatisfying trying to get information on a order delivered

This location had the worst customer service they never answer or assist anyone they take forever to even get to you we’ve had issues with their delivery for weeks, they have charged me twice on a receipt and when My husband went back to get my money back they accused me of stealing from them they never answer their phones, they(customer service ) send me to to the appliances to get help and we waited for 15 minutes and had to get someone to help and they sent us back to customer service I called the store to tell them how long we weee waiting while I was inside and hey never answered their phones

Terrible customer service! I called in on 10-7-21 at 12:30 pm trying to order truckloads of Lumber for . I asked customer service to be transferred to the Prodesk & was hung up on 2 times, so I tried to call back & speak to a Store manager, Hung up on again. This Lowes location obviously does need my Money. I will never go to this location again!!!

Took about 1 hour for a return since info on store credit was inputed wrong, besides that no shopping carts in site. Where is management here, i literary saw 2 employees, which seemed a manager on front door just standing seeing a line at returns and no shopping carts. Someone needs to keep an eye on whats going on, store did seemed organized but if customers don’t find help or carts what good does an orderly store does.

You can't pay with cash? I understand not getting cash from debit card with purchase, but not being able to pay with cash is odd. The cashier was rather rude about it. Sign said no cash back with debit, nothing about not being able to pay with cash. She was upset when it was pointed out.

Have Called customer service 9/24/21 for update on window ordered online. They contacted store & confirmed recd by sore 9/21 and should be checked in and I should be msgd ready no later than early afternoon 9/25. Called store. At noon 9/25 after & 30 min on hold with one cut off in the middle, spoke to rep. Explained above & she said I was incorrect & was shipped 9/21. I reiterated & was told numerous times 9/21 was shipping date & they did not have it. She finally admitted it was at store, but recvg clerk is off & cannot be processed by anyone else.
