Awful customer service and eyelashes don't last either. i should have paid attention to the bad reviews here and on facebook. I'm sure the good reviews are from ppl they know. They're also so rude.

Daughter, forgot her punch card and returned 2 hours later and was told they couldn’t punch the card anymore since she already paid. I find that ridiculous since she went back same day. For the money they charge and lashes don’t last either, it shouldn’t be that hard to hold punch a card.

I’ve gone twice and both times were a mistake. I got my eyebrows done and both times they left them uneven and it was just bad. 0 out of 10 would not recommend!
