Cashier Herlinda older woman with grey hair and excessive goodwill pins on her vest. was extremely rude. Bagged a belt for my daughter and after asking me if I wanted to donate I mentioned no that’s fine. She said then I won’t be able to give you this item which was a belt un tagged she had already bagged and told me I was not able to take it then because it did not have a price. Was so quick to request a manager to come back her up. Extremely rude and disappointing attitude from that cashier.

The line to pay could be going through the whole store and the manager will still be at the front entrance standing there, not even greeting ppl. Five associates not including the backroom. Only one cashier. Corporate needs to come down to supervise and audit this location. Ridiculous.

Out of date clothes. Prices way too high. Rude cashier said couldn't sell me a shirt that had no price. No ac in the store. Rain buckets everywhere. Dressing rooms all closed

Disrespectful old lady in the front as a cashier, saw her again today and last time about a month ago. She was just as disrespectful, made an employee cry in front of CUSTOMERS last time and today she made an indirect rude comment.

Since we had our car broken into in NOLA on Esplanada Ave, we needed to buy clothing to replace what was stolen. Goodwill is a good place to get items when you travel and have an experience like we did.
