Victor Rosales(manager), used vulgar language and kicked my parents out when they tried canceling their account. I emailed corporate office as well as this is unacceptable. This is also not the first time as other employees have acted the same way. This man has also been mentioned in other reviews. It's okay to have a bad day but this behavior is unacceptable, cussing people out using vulgar language... never come here.

Do not go to Furniture Row!!! I wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing a dresser. A little more than a year later and the wood veneer is peeling. Nothing even touches the area where it's peeling so it's not wear and tear. It's happening on its own. Such a waist of money. And warranty is only a year, so that does not help. It's worth it to spend more money elsewhere!!!

Love the fact that the associates do not follow you around the store "bugging" you about options, etc. They are very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. We've purchased furniture from Furniture Row several times and are happy with the quality as well as the replacement if needed.
