Originally booked a compact car for my trip to brownsville/south padre island/Port Isabella for my birthday but they upgraded me to a minivan at no extra cost and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of! This is why I only go to enterprise and keep going back to them, they always take care of their customers! Also my flight was arriving late and was worried they would be closed by the time my flight arrived in Brownsville but they made sure they were there when I landed! Look forward to going through Enterprise Brownsville when I come back! Wish I knew the name of the guy who upgraded and who waited for my flight to land he definitely deserves a shout out & promotion!

Unfortunately this last time using Enterprise was very disappointing. We reserved a mini van but when we got to our destination, they only had a small suv. We also reserved a car seat, which was the worst car seat I've ever witnessed. You would think that being in the car business that having safe and functional cars seats would we be a top priority. We have used Enterprise the last 6 years and haven't much issues until this last rental. It was very disappointing !!

We made a reservation online and took a cab to pick up the vehicle. The agent on duty was rude told us too bad the vehicle was not available and told us to try the other companies that would not be open for several hours. This company is not reliable! Rent from a company that will stand behind their reservations when you make them online! Poor customer service! We will not be renting from Enterprise in the future

Juan Gomez checked me in at the enterprise location in Brownsville Texas. He was super patient and answered all our questions and I was very impressed with him. He gave us his card if we needed anything after we left. Upon returning the car Hector Lopez helped us and he was super friendly and made sure that we were 100% satisfied and if we needed anything to make our experience more pleasant. It’s so wonderful to get kind and helpful employees and both of these men were that for us.

We picked up our rental in a different city and came down here for vacation. The key fob started giving us problems almost immediately. We were not able to lock or unlock it using the fob and had to manually open with the key, setting off the car alarm every single time. We changed the fob battery but it quit working again the following day. The oil change light came on, as well. We called customer service who instructed us to go to a local location to trade it in, assuring us there would be a vehicle available for us. The following day we went to trade it in at this location and was told there was no car available, but was assured that one would be available later the same day. I spoke to the person at the counter, Hector Lopez, who asked that I call him for updates. The phone number was not a working number, so I emailed him. After a few back and forth emails, he stated he would see what he could do, but he never replied after that. We were never able to trade it in. Bad customer service. If you say you’re going to take care of a problem, then do so. Otherwise, don’t say anything at all.

Great customer service and nice vehicles! I have rented from the Enterprise desk at the Brownsville airport twice and both times had prompt service from a personable helpful employee. My car was ready and looked great. They even answered some touristy questions. I plan to keep renting from them!

Friendly clerk, a new Toyota car, easy access. My only problem (why I give only three stars) is that the clerk charged me $25 for the Damage Waiver even though I declined it. I trusted him and did not check the invoice when I picked up the car, discovering it only after I returned it.

Usually have good business with them but this last time it sucked we ordered a sedan to pick up all they had for us was a truck that had a warning light going off and wouldn't allow the cruise control to work no Enterprise in between Missouri and Texas wanted to trade it in and I am still waiting on my deposit a week later

The location in Brownsville Texas gave me a car with 1/2 a tank of gas an tags that expired 3 months prior. Got pulled over by the local police and let off with a warning.
