I'm a teller my self and to be honest the drive thu takes forever I've been waiting there for over 30 min and there was a big line the whole 30 min only one customer was done with the transaction I understand when it a busy day but to be honest it ridiculous that they take so long and I know they have enough tellers to speed up the process and believe me my manager made sure we give good customer service and also fast service as well in drive thru so they need to have a change

Avoid this BBVA Compass Bank at all costs. Their followup is abysmal. If they say they're going to call you back rest assured that they will NOT call you back. My sage started when I wanted to close the bank account that my parents used and that I used as an estate account after their deaths. When it was time to close the account I called and was told to submit an e-mail and that it would be done. There was still about $100 in the account at the time. I followed through and sent the e-mail and waited for the cashiers check to arrive. Never arrived. The bank then started dinging the account for no activity, Called again and they showed that no had ever called to close the account. OK, long story short nothing ever happened until the account went into arrears and then they turned the account into collections. This has been going on for four months and the collections agency calls continuously. Still can't get anyone to call from the bank. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.

If a bank is serious about its clients, it should be serious about its customer services. What kind of customer services would you get from this bank? If your issues are either "too difficult" or "not important", you will get a cold shoulder if not insults in your face.

Atm is always down people can't seem to keep their machines working. When you try to contact the branch no one answers and when they do they hang up on you.
