I rent from Avis several times a year and every time I come to BRO they are so kind and welcoming. Everything is so smooth and efficient and I look forward to the rental car experience here every time. I love how helpful their staff is in person and by phone and it is absolutely my favorite Avis location.

Asa regular traveler, the managers and staff at this Avis location have always been so helpful and friendly. They make sure I am taken care of and have never had any issues! Always a delight to meet ones that are friendly after a longer flight.

NEVER trust Avis or what their employees say, was told additional day will be at same rate as rental (which they told me was 120/ day). I get to the return airport 1 day late, they charged me 187 per day and a $357 (!!!!!!) fee for the extra day, rental that I thought was going to cost me around $500 ended up over 1,000 dollars. Horrible customer service at both airports.

The vehicle I pick up was ok but the doors locks did not work but the biggest issue was after I returned home I noticed an extra net charge on my e receipt. I first contacted customer service by phone and was told to hold while they checked but he never came back on the phone. So then I tried to contact them via email. It’s been 5 days with no response. I can only speculate that there are hidden fees since customer service is so poor. I will not be using Avis again. I rent at least two times a year without any problem until now.

Customer service was terrible.I set pick up time at 7pm not knowing that they closed at 7:00 p.m.I was not notified by anybody that this was the case and was told by the rep that I needed to give a courtesy call the next time.Avis has my phone number as well as my email address. This could have been addressed well before.The rep took no ownership of the problem.I will never rent from Avis again.

This was our first time using Avis for a rental car and the pick up was very easy, the associate was kind. The car was very clean as well, drop off was easy as well!

One of the best locations in the world, from someone who had flown literally millions of miles in the past 15 years. Miss Connie makes sure she knows her “regulars” and what their preferences are. If she can’t find the vehicle you ordered, she calls you to see what else she could offer. Responsive to special needs & airline meltdowns: one visit, when my flight from BRO was cancelled, Miss Connie set up a one-way rental (at an incredible price) so I could get to the airport where a flight was going to depart. BRO Avis doesn’t “try” harder, they succeed better.

****BEWARE****DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.Horrible experience with this location.The car wasn't ready at pick up time. I was told someone was getting a vehicle ready, meaning cleaning and filling up with gas. Which took over an hour. The agent whom said she was the manager, had no concern or empathy to the fact that I had a reservation and had prepaid. She was rude and it took more than an hour for me to be provided a vehicle. No apology for the wait, no concern at all.The other car rentals such as Enterprise, didn't seem to be having an issue, people were coming and leaving with a rental. It was only Avis that had an issue with not having cars ready. How is that even possible when I had made the reservation 2 weeks prior?I was beyond irritated and was told I couldn't cancel my reservation and receive a refund.

Seems like AVIS is starting to slide. I received a vehicle that was not what I reserved and to top it off had a huge crack diagonally across the passenger side of the windshield. Apparently this was the last car they had despite the fact we reserved something different several days prior, and we arrived early. I was not happy with the additional excessive charges added to our bill when we extended our rental, yet managed to return the car within the foot print of our original rental period. I’m a long time AVIS customer but thinking of changing my allegiance to another company.

0/3 for having a rental car ready despite making an advanced reservation. The first time was no cars available at all, 2nd time needed to come back 2 days later to get a car, 3rd time now and 2 hours later but still waiting at rental car kiosk with no cars available

Typical AVIS rental - not clean when I picked up the car, and broken windshield. No worries.....I'm used to, have become accustomed to, and expect this poor level of quality from AVIS. The only reason I use AVIS is it is mandated by my company travel requirements. otherwise I would not use AVIS.
