The have Bad service and they give people False information on their insurance’s.

They gave me FALSE information on Hometech Protection that EVERYTHING connected to an outlet would be covered, today after more than 24 months of paying for this coverage I tried doing a claim and now they state my washer is not covered....don't fall for this scam ask for a pamphlet to see for yourself before agreeing on this plan..

Have been going here since 2013! Every single time I come in whether it’d be to upgrade my phone, change my plan, add features, or ask simple questions the employees here never fail to tend to my needs as a customer. These people I have encountered have really made me leaving the store with a smile on my face. Wendy specifically is a wonderful employee who shows her kindness and warm hearted nature to her customers, I could feel how genuine she is from her helping me, so sweet and amazing. Thank you Wendy and the rest of the employees here you guys are phenomenal.

Went in today to try to get some help trying to get another phone since has insurance and needed help to see if I can use my insurance to get another one.. man I asked quickly answered they don't do that there.. needed to call 1-800 number.. didn't ask to help me until I got the the exit door.. by that time, I just told him no.. so yeah! It wasn't a pleasant experience!!

Earlier this evening I went to this store to return my old phone after signing a trade-in contract the night before with a customer service representative, Daisy. She was very helpful and kindly mentioned I had 30 days to return my phone and that I could take it home to copy over my data. Yesterday evening I decided to take the phone home and do as she suggested.This afternoon I went back to this ATT location to trade-in the old phone after I had copied over my data at home. I was greeted by a different customer representative, Oscar, who I felt was rude and I did not like the way he addressed me, or the tone of voice he used when I told him I was there to return the phone as promised the night before.After he logged in to my account, he rudely said that I could not trade-in the phone due to a plan I was on. I didn't understand what he was saying since I had already signed the contract the day before. So I asked him to explain and that is where his tone voice and demeanor changed towards me. He seemed upset and starting treating me with frustration.After I told him I was just there to turn the phone he kept harshly insisting "Well, you can turned it in but you won't be able to get the credit." My husband then mentioned to him that I had already signed the contract and suggested I keep the phone and to send it in directly to ATT. Again, he harshly responded with "You can go ahead and do that but you won't get the credit." I got worried because I thought he might cancel the deal I had already signed for the night before.Another employee who was there the nigh before was at the next station and asked him if Daisy had perhaps future dated the plan. I did not know what she was talking about since I don't work for ATT. He then looks at me and asks, "Did she future date it?" As if I would know. I felt like telling him, "Well, you work here. Check and see!"I could see my husband's frustration as well because of how he was treating me. He said, "Lets come back when the employee that helped you is here." Oscar then said, "You can do what you want but you will not get credit for this phone." Again, I got worried because we had already signed the contract and thought maybe he would void it.Everything worked out in the end, but it was after a frustrating experience.I will contact ATT support just to make sure the contract is not cancelled by this individual.
