I ordered a dryer from the store in Brownsville. Everything was good until they tried to deliver it without a power cord!!! They said they needed to use my cord, but hello, I don't have a dryer!!! All the manager could say was the he apologized but they didn't have a cord. It would of been nice to have known this before signing the contract and expecting the delivery.

Very friendly people and work with you to get what you want. Jose did a wonderful job getting me started as a first time buyer. Miguel and Luis were also very helpful in setting up everything the way I wanted. I will definitely do business with them again.

By the way for all you guys leasing at Arron's if they come out to your house 3 times by law you have to get new appliance there not going to tell you.on the complaint I made i for got to mention two times I woke up and my kictchen soaked in water where everything had meltelted lukly it was me not one of my children could of gotten shoscked a maaaan. Lucky. I put some shoes and opened it all melted just wating on paper work asked for it Friday this passed one and not ready when it's a fully paid fridge . That file should be in your computer to print out or a file cabnet pronaly editing it but we will find out. Thank you again

I purchased couches from them online literally have been waiting 2 weeks for them to deliver i call and they tell me they have it there at the store already but they'll call me once they are ready to come drop off . never heard back from them . so i call again only for someone to tell me they need more info from me but shes not sure so she'll check but never got back to me AGAIN . so called again only to be put on hold for half an hour ! They have not called me once ! The couches are gonna be due soon and i dont even have them in my house yet ! Hoping they dont charge since i dont have them . i dont know whose running this store but they need to be fired ive never ordered from aarons i hope not all their stores are like this .

I’m a new customer and when they told me they were going to deliver it today (5/9/20) around 5 pm I was waiting since 12 pm afternoon. I had to call to see what’s up. Turns out by the time I looked outside the Aaron’s truck was on the other side of the street and left but never received a phone call from them. Then I called the main office and told them what happened, then she say’s I have to wait til Monday to reschedule ! This is how they treat new customers? Believe me this is the last time I rent from this place once I pay off my rental. I don’t recommend this place!
