MULTIPLE times I have gone through the drive through in morning time to order the same thing (#15 ultimate meat and cheese with tots and large caramel iced coffee). The iced coffee is NEVER mixed well at all, always has large clumps of caramel within it. Today my wife and I both ordered the #15 ultimate meat and cheese and I got the caramel iced coffee. The iced coffee once again has large clumps of unmixed caramel and the entire drink tastes BURNT. Also the food was falling through the bottom of the bag as the window employee handed us our order. VERY disappointed with the consistent lack of quality of service with this specific location. The one in Chandler is WAY better!

My husband and i have been on the road allllll day and night its 12 am and stopped at this store for a drink when the old lady at the register rang up his purchase she over charged him, when he questioned her mistake she got extremely RUDE, and told him she didnt care what the price said on the cooler door she wasnt selling his purchase for the price shown! Her customer service sucked very unprofessional! If your gonna be in the customer service field dont take lessons from the extremly old ugly hag that works the graveyard shift at this location! I will never go to this shell again!
