My package was not delivered and the correct address was on it. I've completed a tracking issue, and it shows it was taken to Azle!!! My address is not Azle, what idiots are you hiring now a days ? ? ?

Frequently puts packages in the wrong boxes. I have NEVER had so many misplaced packages with a USPS location before. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I have a package I ordered for my sons birthday! It arrived at Boyd Post office April 8th In the morning! It was showing to be out for delivery for that afternoon! Now they sent package out to West Tx to another post office, just to be shipped back to there post office with delivery now expected for the 11th! I don’t know who does the sorting of mail but this is ridiculous! Not happy with this post office as this is a common occurrence with this facility!

Worst post office ever. They lie regularly about packages being delivered and they still have the items at the post office. They just don't deliver on Fridays or skip our house completely. When you talk to them they simply imply they can't do any better.

I have had gripes with this post office, but none of it was justified after the fact. The people are generally nice and do their best with what is available. They can't be held accountable for a letter or package that hasn't arrived yet. Give them what you would like. Respect and a break!

The staff is always pleasant at the office but our mail carrier is awful! We have times he delivers our mail at 8 pm or doesn't at all. He will lie and say he attempted a delivery but truth is he ran behind and never got here. Unacceptable and needs to be dealt with.
