Since becoming CVS it has gone downhill fast!! It took a full week to fill a prescription I get every month for the last 4 years. Every day I would check on it with the response being “It will be in tomorrowâ€. Once it actually came in I had to stand in line for 40 minutes waiting on one cashier to work both counter and drive thru window.

Called in a prescription refill on Wednesday. Came to pick it up Thursday-wasn't ready...Came to pick it up Friday-wasn't ready...and here I am on Saturday, guess what, STILL NOT READY! I've watched pharmacy employees lazily walk around, chit chatting, and ignore the incessantly ringing phone. They tried to say that there was 5 days of backlog. This is a town of about 25,000 people, and there's several other pharmacies in town. There's no way they have 5 days of backlog unless they're only working 1 hour a day. I'm setting in a waiting room full of folks who have been without necessary medication for 3-5 days because of these clowns at this pharmacy can't get their act together. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I suggest everyone else do the same, if you'd like your medication on time.

I have been a customer for many years. In the last several months, they can't seem to get it together. Having a prescription called in and either they “didn't get the prescription†or it takes them 4+ hours or days to have it filled. Tonight we are sitting at 3 hours waiting on a prescription for a 3 year old. Ridiculous

It took them 3 days and 4 people to fill my thyroid med...I kept going and asking them to refill...each time I went back to pick it up it still wasn’t ready...finally I go back again today and it’s still not filled...HEB had it on hold w my insurance but they couldn’t fill it cause they didn’t have it...and not one time in the 3 days or trips did it occur to them to call me or tell me what the dang issue was...guy tells me to pull up front and he would bring it out...an hour later I go in and it’s sitting waiting for pick up...not a call nor a trip to where he told me to park to let me know it was ready... something that could have been resolved w a phone call to me or HEB!

Always have my prescriptions ready. I really love the free text message alerts they send letting you know when your meds are ready!
