Great experience today with Fredrick. I came in welcomed me in and helped me. Told him I’m gunna check out cash pawn. Left went to cash pawn well bad idea worst experience there. I came back to ez pawn and Fredrick helped me out again not just that great customer service. He wasn’t rude or judgmental. Welcomed me with open arms and gave me the right price and the right ring I was looking for. I recommend going to ez pawn for great customer service and a great experience. Again thank you Fredrick for you outstanding help.

Went to cash pawn cuz I usually deal with Kendra and the man named Thomas was so hateful and irritated with me like he always is so I went to EZ Pawn and was so relieved to see Kendra was working there today. I have over $100,000 over all the years I have been pawning and extending and you better hope yall never lose Kendra P. because she is by far the best employee in 20 years.

All of the employees are very helpful and they will push you to be the best version of yourself. I baught a PA system and they inspired me to sing before I left I may not have sang the best I ever have but they got me out of my comfort zone to sing in the first place. I recommend 100 percent!
